Claims (5)
- 유체압 구동 장치이며,
유체압 펌프로부터 공급되는 작동 유체에 의해 구동하는 유체압 모터와,
상기 유체압 모터에 접속되고, 상기 유체압 펌프로부터 공급되는 작동 유체가 어느 한쪽으로 유도되는 한 쌍의 메인 통로와,
상기 한 쌍의 메인 통로의 한쪽으로부터 탱크로 작동 유체를 배출하는 플러싱 회로를 구비하고,
상기 플러싱 회로는,
상기 한 쌍의 메인 통로 간에 마련되어 상기 한 쌍의 메인 통로 간의 압력차에 의해 전환되고, 저압측의 메인 통로를 선택하는 저압 선택 밸브와,
상기 저압 선택 밸브를 통과하는 작동 유체를 상기 탱크로 유도하는 플러싱 통로를 갖고,
상기 플러싱 통로는, 제1 오리피스와, 상기 제1 오리피스의 하류측에 형성된 굴곡부를 갖는, 유체압 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플러싱 통로에는, 상기 제1 오리피스의 하류측에 챔버가 마련되는, 유체압 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플러싱 통로는, 상기 굴곡부의 하류측에 마련된 제2 오리피스를 더 갖는, 유체압 구동 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 오리피스의 개구 면적은, 상기 제2 오리피스의 개구 면적과 비교해서 작은, 유체압 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체압 모터 및 상기 저압 선택 밸브를 수용하는 케이스와,
상기 케이스에 분리 가능하게 고정되고, 상기 제1 오리피스와 상기 굴곡부가 내장된 유량 조정용 블록을 더 구비하는, 유체압 구동 장치.
