Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 하기를 포함하는, 3D 프린팅을 위한 열가소성 중합체 조성물:
(a) 하기를 중합시킴으로써 수득가능한, 적어도 25 wt.-%, 바람직하게는 적어도 30 wt.-%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 40 wt.-%의 무정형 폴리아미드 중합체:
a1) 적어도 1종의 이량체화된 지방산;
a2) 임의로 적어도 1종의 모노 카르복실산;
a3) 임의로 적어도 1종의 선형 디카르복실산; 및
a4) 적어도 1종의 선형 디아민;
(b) 적어도 5 wt.-%의 결정질 또는 반결정질 열가소성 중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리프로필렌 (PP), 에틸비닐아세테이트 (EVA), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리(락트산), (a)와는 상이한 폴리아미드, 및 이들의 조합, 보다 바람직하게는 이소택틱 PP 또는 EVA로부터 선택된 것;
(c) 임의로 적어도 0.1 wt.-%의 상용화제; 및
(d) 임의로 적어도 1 wt.-%, 바람직하게는 적어도 3 wt.-%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 5 wt.-%의 충전제, 바람직하게는 강화 충전제, 보다 바람직하게는 섬유상 충전제. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 모노 카르복실산 a2)가 선형 및 분지형 C3 내지 C24 모노 카르복실산 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터, 바람직하게는 선형 및 분지형 C12 내지 C18 모노 카르복실산으로부터 선택되는 것인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 선형 디카르복실산 a3)이 선형 C6 내지 C18 디카르복실산 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터, 바람직하게는 선형 C10 내지 C14 디카르복실산 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 선형 디아민 d)가 C1 내지 C10 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 지방족 디아민 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터, 바람직하게는 C2 내지 C6 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 지방족 디아민 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 보다 바람직하게는 1,2-에틸렌 디아민인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제가 유기 섬유로부터 선택되며, 바람직하게는 셀룰로스 섬유, 목재 입자, 목재 섬유, 탄소, 아라미드 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 또는 무기 섬유로부터 선택되며, 바람직하게는 유리 섬유, 유리 마이크로구체, 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 활석 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 가장 바람직하게는 유리 섬유인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상용화제가 말레에이트화된 지방족 중합체, 왁스, 관능화된 아크릴레이트, 및 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 적어도 1종의 첨가제, 바람직하게는 레올로지 개질 기능을 갖는 첨가제, 열 관리 기능을 갖는 충전제, 착색 성분, 난연 특성을 갖는 첨가제, 심미적 측면을 변화시키는 첨가제, 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 것을 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 각각 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 20 wt.-%의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 것인 열가소성 조성물.
- 3D-프린팅 재료로서의, 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 25 wt.-%의 무정형 폴리아미드 중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물의 용도이며, 폴리아미드 중합체는 하기를 중합시킴으로써 수득가능한 것인 용도:
a1) 적어도 1종의 이량체화된 지방산;
a2) 임의로 적어도 1종의 모노 카르복실산;
a3) 임의로 적어도 1종의 선형 디카르복실산; 및
a4) 적어도 1종의 선형 디아민. - 하기 단계를 포함하는, 물체를 3D-프린팅하는 방법:
A) 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 25 wt.-%의 무정형 폴리아미드 중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 용융시키며, 폴리아미드 중합체는 하기를 중합시킴으로써 수득가능한 것인 단계:
a1) 적어도 1종의 이량체화된 지방산;
a2) 임의로 적어도 1종의 모노 카르복실산;
a3) 임의로 적어도 1종의 선형 디카르복실산; 및
a4) 적어도 1종의 선형 디아민;
B) A)의 용융된 조성물을 3D 프린터를 사용하여, 바람직하게는 융합 모델링 침착 (FDM: fused modelling deposition) 기술로 프린팅하여 물체를 형성하는 단계. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체 조성물이 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물인 용도 또는 방법.
