Claims (5)
- 차량용 공기청정기에 있어서, 상기 차량용 공기청정기 상부에 구비되고 정화된 공기토출 세기를 조절하기 위한 제어버튼 및 상기 제어버튼 주변부에 다수의 공기토출통공이 형성된 헤드커버와; 상기 헤드커버 하부 중앙에 상기 제어버튼과 연동하도록 구비되는 공기청정제어부와; 상기 공기청정제어부를 수용하도록 중앙부에 수용공간을 가지고 상기 다수의 공기토출통공과 연통되도록 공기토출유로가 형성되며 상기 헤드커버 하부에 결합되는 상부하우징과; 상기 상부하우징 하부에 결합되며, 내부면에 토르말린 분말이 균일하게 코팅된 부직포가 라이닝되고, 내부공간에 상부로부터 순차적으로 상기 공기청정제어부, 송풍팬, UV램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 파워서플라이와, 송풍팬 지지부재에 의해 지지되는 송풍팬과, 송풍팬 지지부재와, 상기 송풍팬 지지부재 하부 중앙에 상하 길이방향으로 설치되는 UV램프와, 상기 UV램프 주변 상하방향으로 복수개 적층되는 Ag-TiO2 복합체가 코팅된 메쉬필터가 설치되는 중간하우징과; 상기 중간 하우징부 하부에 결합되며, 내부에 방향제 용기가 내삽되고 하단에 다수의 통공이 형성된 하부하우징;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온방출, 살균 및 방향휘산 다기능 차량용 공기청정기
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토르말린 분말이 균일하게 코팅된 부직포는 2000메시의 입도를 갖는 토르말린 분말을 아크릴 에멀전에 분산시킨 슬러리를 부직포에 균일하게 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온방출, 살균 및 방향휘산 다기능 차량용 공기청정기
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Ag-TiO2 복합체가 코팅된 메쉬필터는 이산화티탄(TiO2) 미립자 표면에 은나노메탈이 도핑된 Ag-TiO2 복합체가 코팅된 메쉬필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온방출, 살균 및 방향휘산 다기능 차량용 공기청정기
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 Ag-TiO2 복합체는 증류수에 이산화티탄(TiO2)분말을 넣고 균일하게 교반한 후, 은전구체로서 질산은(AgNO3) 수용액을 첨가한 다음 2-프로판올과 수산화암모늄(NH4OH)를 첨가하여 초음파 교반한 후, 원심분리하여 얻어진 슬러리인 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온방출, 살균 및 방향휘산 다기능 차량용 공기청정기
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간하우징의 Ag-TiO2 복합체가 코팅된 메쉬필터 하부에는 헤파필터, 활성탄소섬유필터(Activated Carbon Fiber), 활성탄필터(Activated Carbon)에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 필터를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온방출, 살균 및 방향휘산 다기능 차량용 공기청정기
