Claims (5)
- 범용 골절술 디바이스(osteotomy device)로서,
절단 트랙(cutting track)을 형성하기 위한 상부 가이드 에지를 갖는 제 1 본체 컴포넌트; 및
상기 상부 가이드 에지 아래에 배치된 하부 가이드 에지를 갖는 제 2 본체 컴포넌트로서, 톱날을 안내하여 절단 절차를 수행하도록 상기 상부 가이드 에지와 상기 하부 가이드 에지 사이에 가이드 슬롯이 형성되어 있고 상기 가이드 슬롯은 상기 상부 가이드 에지와 상기 하부 가이드 에지를 연결하기 위한 연결 부재를 갖는, 상기 제 2 본체 컴포넌트를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 본체 컴포넌트의 표면과 상기 제 2 본체 컴포넌트의 표면은 뼈 표면의 평균 곡률(average curvature) 또는 통일 곡률(uniform curvature)을 갖는, 범용 골절술 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
맞물림 부재 및 적어도 하나의 조준 구멍을 갖는 체외 정렬 컴포넌트로서, 상기 맞물림 부재는 상기 연결 부재와 맞물리고 상기 조준 구멍은 적어도 하나의 조준 뼈 핀(aiming bone pin)을 통과시킴으로써 절단 방향을 확인하는데 사용되는, 상기 체외 정렬 컴포넌트를 더 포함하며,
상기 제 1 본체 컴포넌트는 절단 트랙을 형성하기 위해 상기 상부 가이드 에지의 단부에 배치되는 측면 가이드 에지를 더 포함하는, 범용 골절술 디바이스. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 본체 컴포넌트는 상기 측면 가이드 에지 상의 상기 톱날에 의한 과도 절단(over-cutting)을 방지하기 위해 상기 하부 가이드 에지의 단부에 배치되는 확장 배리어 플레이트(extended barrier plate)를 더 포함하며,
상기 체외 정렬 컴포넌트는 상기 맞물림 부재에 배치되는 각도 고정 구멍을 더 포함하고, 상기 범용 골절술 디바이스의 배향은 각도 고정 뼈 핀을 사용하여 뼈에 고정되는, 범용 골절술 디바이스. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 본체 컴포넌트는 제 1 교정 관통 구멍을 더 포함하고, 상기 제 1 교정 관통 구멍은 제 1 바아(bar)에 의해 상기 제 1 본체 컴포넌트에 연결되며;
상기 제 2 본체 컴포넌트는 제 2 교정 관통 구멍을 더 포함하고, 상기 제 2 교정 관통 구멍은 제 2 바아에 의해 상기 제 2 본체 컴포넌트에 연결되며,
상기 제 1 교정 관통 구멍의 적어도 하나의 길이 방향 축선과 상기 제 2 교정 관통 구멍의 적어도 하나의 길이 방향 축선 사이에는 적어도 하나의 교정 각도가 형성되며, 골절(osteotomy)의 개방 각도(open angle)가 수술전 계획 교정 각도(preoperative planning correction angle)의 것과 동일할 경우, 상기 제 1 교정 관통 구멍의 상기 길이 방향 축선과 상기 제 2 교정 관통 구멍의 대응하는 길이 방향 축선이 일치하게 되어 정렬 바아(alignment bar)를 통과시키는, 범용 골절술 디바이스. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 교정 각도는 1°- 45°이고, 상기 상부 가이드 에지 및 상기 하부 가이드 에지로부터 절단 종점(cutting end point)까지의 절단 깊이는 10 mm - 90 mm이며, 상기 상부 가이드 에지와 상기 측면 가이드 에지 사이의 각도는 1°- 150°인, 범용 골절술 디바이스.
