Claims (10)
- 내부 가교제의 존재 하에, 적어도 일부가 중화된 산성기를 갖는 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 가교 중합하여 함수겔 중합체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 함수겔 중합체를 겔 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 겔 분쇄된 함수겔 중합체를 건조, 분쇄 및 분급하여 베이스 수지 분말을 형성하는 단계; 및
표면 가교제의 존재 하에, 상기 베이스 수지 분말을 열처리하여 표면 가교하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 함수겔 중합체의 형성 단계와, 상기 겔 분쇄 단계 사이에, 상기 함수겔 중합체의 온도를 5 내지 40℃로 냉각하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 겔 분쇄 단계는, 원통형 분쇄기의 내부에 장착된 스크류형 압출기를 이용하여 상기 함수겔 중합체를 복수의 홀이 형성된 다공판으로 밀어내면서, 하기 계산식 1에 따른 15 내지 30 (/s)의 쵸핑 지수의 조건하에서 수행되는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법:

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 단계는 상기 함수겔 중합체 상에 이보다 낮은 온도를 갖는 수용매를 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분급 단계 후의 베이스 수지 분말 및 고흡수성 수지는 150 내지 850 ㎛의 입경을 갖는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수지 분말은 300 내지 600㎛의 입경을 갖는 입자를 60 중량% 이상으로 포함하며,
상기 300 내지 600㎛의 입경을 갖는 베이스 수지 분말을 전자 현미경 사진을 통해 표면을 관찰하였을 때, 다공성 입자의 비율이 전체 베이스 수지 분말에 대해 60개수% 이상으로 되는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수지 분말은 생리 식염수(0.9 중량% 염화나트륨 수용액)에 대한 30분 동안의 원심분리 보수능(CRC)이 35 내지 45g/g인 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수지 분말은 볼텍스법에 의한 흡수 속도가 35 내지 48초로 되는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
