Claims (4)
- 성형틀(成形型)을 형체결(型締)하는 형체결 기구와,
상기 성형틀의 포트 내에서 플런저를 이동시키는 플런저 구동 기구와,
상기 형체결 기구에 의한 상기 성형틀의 클램프 압력을 검출하는 클램프 압력 검출부와,
상기 플런저 구동 기구에 의한 수지의 트랜스퍼 압력을 검출하는 트랜스퍼 압력 검출부와,
상기 클램프 압력 검출부가 검출한 클램프 압력 및 상기 트랜스퍼 압력 검출부가 검출한 트랜스퍼 압력에 근거하여, 상기 형체결 기구를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출한 트랜스퍼 압력이 상승한 경우에, 당해 트랜스퍼 압력에 따라 상기 클램프 압력이 상승하도록 상기 형체결 기구를 제어하고, 상기 검출한 트랜스퍼 압력이 저하한 경우에는, 당해 트랜스퍼 압력에 관계없이 상기 클램프 압력이 소정값으로 되도록 상기 형체결 기구를 제어하는, 수지 성형 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출한 트랜스퍼 압력이 저하한 경우에는, 당해 트랜스퍼 압력에 관계없이 상기 클램프 압력이 일정값으로 되도록 상기 형체결 기구를 제어하는, 수지 성형 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 트랜스퍼 압력의 전회(前回) 검출값과 상기 트랜스퍼 압력의 이번(今回) 검출값을 비교하고, 상기 이번 검출값이 상기 전회 검출값보다도 작은 경우에, 상기 클램프 압력이 소정값으로 되도록 상기 형체결 기구를 제어하는, 수지 성형 장치. - 제 1 항에 기재된 수지 성형 장치를 이용한 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
