Claims (7)
- 점화 플러그(1)로서,
- 하우징(2),
- 상기 하우징(2)에 배치된 절연체(3),
- 상기 절연체(3) 내에 배치된 중심 전극(4),
- 상기 절연체(3) 내에 배치된 연결 볼트(8),
- 상기 절연체(3) 내에 배치되고 상기 중심 전극(4)과 상기 연결 볼트(8) 사이에 공간적으로 배치되며 상기 중심 전극(4)을 상기 연결 볼트(8)에 전기적으로 연결하고 ZrO2 및 SiO2를 함유하는 재료 혼합물로 이루어진 저항 재료(71)를 함유하는 저항 요소(7), 및
- 상기 하우징(2)의 연소실 측 단부면에 배치되고 상기 중심 전극(4)과 함께 스파크 갭을 형성하는 접지 전극(5)을 포함하는, 상기 점화 플러그(1)에 있어서,
상기 저항 재료(71)의 상기 재료 혼합물이 ZrSiO4도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 점화 플러그(1). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저항 재료(71)는 300 시간 작동 후에 50% 미만의 상대 저항 변화를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 점화 플러그(1).
- 특히 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 따른 점화 플러그의 제조 방법(100)에 있어서,
- 절연체를 제공하는 단계(103),
- ZrO2 및 SiO2를 함유하며 저항 재료(71)를 형성하도록 설계된 재료 혼합물을 상기 절연체(3) 내로 채우는 단계(107),
- 상기 절연체(3) 및 그 안에 있는 재료 혼합물을 적어도 870℃의 온도로 가열하여, 상기 재료 혼합물에서 ZrO2 및 SiO2가 적어도 부분적으로 반응하여 ZrSiO4를 형성하는 단계(120)를 포함하는, 점화 플러그의 제조 방법(100). - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 온도(T)는 870℃ 내지 965℃의 범위 내에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는, 점화 플러그의 제조 방법(100).
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 온도(T)는 적어도 15분 그리고 특히 최대 60분의 시간 동안 유지되고, 상기 온도(T)가 높아질수록 상기 시간이 짧아질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 점화 플러그의 제조 방법(100).
