Claims (16)
- 태그로서,
인쇄된 애노드(anode) 및 캐소드(cathode)를 갖는 배터리;
상기 애노드 또는 상기 캐소드 중 하나에 형성된 인쇄 회로 접속 층;
상기 애노드 또는 상기 캐소드 중 하나에 형성된 인쇄된 안테나; 및
상기 회로 접속 층에 결합된 저전력 전송기
를 포함하는 태그. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저전력 전송기는 N-분주형 위상 동기 루프(fractional-N phase-locked loop) 송수신기를 포함하는, 태그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제거 시에 상기 저전력 전송기를 활성화하도록 구성되는 제거가능한 탭을 더 포함하는, 태그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제거가능한 탭은 제1 전도체와 제2 전도체 사이에 배치된 절연체를 포함하는, 태그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제거가능한 탭은 제거 후에 교체되도록 구성되는, 태그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태그에 결합된 식별 디바이스를 더 포함하는, 태그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제거가능한 탭은 제거가능한 용기 커버에 결합되고, 상기 제거가능한 용기 커버가 용기로부터 제거될 때 상기 저전력 전송기를 활성화하도록 구성되는, 태그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제거가능한 탭에 결합된 신용 카드를 더 포함하는, 태그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저전력 전송기는 위치 데이터를 전송하도록 구성되는, 태그.

- 태그를 제조하는 방법으로서,
종이 기판 상에 제1 금속 층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 금속 층 상에 제1 산화물을 형성하는 단계;
산화물 층 상에 전해질 층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 전해질 층 상에 제2 산화물 층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제2 산화물 층 상에 제2 금속 층을 형성하는 단계; 및
저전력 송수신기를 상기 제1 금속 층 또는 상기 제2 금속 층 중 하나에 결합하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 금속 층을 형성하는 단계는 복수의 회로 접속 패드들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 저전력 송수신기를 상기 제1 금속 층 또는 상기 제2 금속 층 중 하나에 결합하는 단계는 상기 저전력 송수신기를 상기 제1 금속 층의 상기 회로 접속 패드들에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제2 금속 층을 형성하는 단계는 복수의 회로 접속 패드들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 저전력 송수신기를 상기 제1 금속 층 또는 상기 제2 금속 층 중 하나에 결합하는 단계는 상기 저전력 송수신기를 상기 제2 금속 층의 상기 회로 접속 패드들에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 금속 층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 제1 금속 층의 일부로서 안테나를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
