Claims (8)
- 연료탱크의 증발가스가 포집되는 복수의 캐니스터;
상기 캐니스터들에 포집된 증발가스가 부압에 의해 탈착되도록 구성된 탈착조절수단; 및
상기 캐니스터들에서 탈착된 증발가스가 배출되면서 합쳐지는 부분에 마련되어, 합쳐진 증발가스가 퍼지밸브(PCSV) 방향으로 유동되도록 구성된 투웨이밸브;를 포함하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탈착조절수단은,
상기 캐니스터들 사이에 마련되어 소정 흡인력 이상 작용시 개방되고, 상기 캐니스터에 포집된 증발가스가 어느 한 캐니스터에서 다른 캐니스터 방향으로만 유동되도록 구성된 원웨이밸브;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 투웨이밸브는 상기 합쳐진 증발가스가 퍼지밸브 방향으로만 유동되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 캐니스터는, 제1캐니스터 및 제2캐니스터를 포함하여 구성이 되고,
상기 제1캐니스터는 제2캐니스터보다 증발가스의 포집용량이 크게 형성되며;
상기 원웨이밸브는 제1캐니스터와 제2캐니스터 사이에 마련되어 증발가스가 제2캐니스터에서 제1캐니스터 방향으로만 유동되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1캐니스터 및 제2캐니스터의 내부공간의 일부를 구분하도록 제1격벽 및 제2격벽이 각각 설치되고;
상기 제1캐니스터 및 제2캐니스터의 내부공간에 활성탄이 배치되되, 상기 제1격벽과 제2격벽을 기준으로 증발가스의 통과효율이 상이한 저효율 활성탄과 고효율 활성탄이 각각 배치되며;
상기 원웨이밸브는 고효율 활성탄이 배치된 제1캐니스터의 내부공간과 고효율 활성탄이 배치된 제2캐니스터의 내부공간 사이에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 저효율 활성탄이 배치된 제1캐니스터 및 제2캐니스터에 제1캐니스터클로즈밸브 및 제2캐니스터클로즈밸브가 각각 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탈착조절수단은,
상기 캐니스터들과 투웨이밸브 사이에 배출라인이 각각 연결되고;
상기 배출라인의 내경이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 퍼지밸브와 서지탱크 전단 사이에 연결되는 엔진부압퍼지라인;
터보차저 전단에 마련되어 부압을 형성하는 이젝터;
상기 퍼지밸브와 이젝터 사이에 연결되는 엔진정압퍼지라인;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼 퍼지 시스템.
