Claims (12)
- 피스톤 헤드의 상부에 축 방향 및 원주 방향으로 파여진 서로 독립된 2개 이상의 독립 연소실을 포함하고;
상기 각 독립 연소실은 외벽과 바닥면을 포함하며;
서로 인접한 상기 독립 연소실들은 격벽에 의해 구획된 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외벽과 상기 바닥면은 곡면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 곡면은 원호 형상 혹은 타원 형상의 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각 독립 연소실의 바닥면의 중앙의 핍 부위는 상기 피스톤 헤드의 높이 방향으로 융기한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 핍 부위로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 갈수록 상기 바닥면의 높이가 점차적으로 낮아지는 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 격벽의 높이는 상기 피스톤 헤드의 상면보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤 헤드의 상면으로부터 상기 바닥면의 최대 깊이는 상기 피스톤 헤드의 상면으로부터 상기 격벽의 최대 깊이보다는 크고, 상기 격벽의 최대 깊이의 3배 보다는 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 독립 연소실의 최대 폭은 상기 격벽 사이의 간격의 1/2 미만으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥면의 폭은 상기 격벽 사이의 간격 의 1/3 이하로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 독립 연소실의 외경은 상기 격벽의 외경보다 크고, 상기 격벽의 외경의 1.5배 보다는 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 격벽의 선단부로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 확장된 상기 독립 연소실의 확장폭은 상기 격벽 사이의 간격의 1/3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은 나선 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 피스톤 연소실구조.
