Claims (12)
- 절연성과 굴곡성을 띄는 필름과 상기 필름 속에 미리 결정된 형태로 배치되는 도체 패턴들을 구비하고 전기적 신호를 전달하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체로서,
일 방향으로 연장되는 메인 FPCB; 및
상기 메인 FPCB의 적어도 일측에 조립되고 상기 메인 FPCB와 다른 방향으로 연장되는 서브 FPCB를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 FPCB는 적어도 일측에 제1 커넥터 터미널들을 구비하고,
상기 서브 FPCB는 상기 메인 FPCB에 조립되는 부분에 상기 제1 커넥터 터미널들에 끼워 맞춤되는 제2 커넥터 터미널들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 커넥터 터미널들은 각각 소켓 타입의 암 커넥터 핀 형상으로 마련되고, 상기 제2 커넥터 터미널들은 각각 상기 암 커넥터 핀 속에 삽입 가능한 수 커넥터 핀 형상으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제3항에 있어서,

상기 메인 FPCB는 하나이고, 상기 서브 FPCB는 적어도 하나 이상이며,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 FPCB가 상기 하나의 메인 FPCB에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 서브 FPCB는 제1 서브 FPCB와 제2 서브 FPCB를 포함하고,
상기 제1 서브 FPCB와 상기 제2 서브 FPCB는 각각 상기 메인 FPCB의 길이 방향에 따른 일단부와 타단부에 조립되고, 상기 메인 FPCB에 대해 교차하는 방향으로 연장 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브 FPCB와 제2 서브 FPCB에는 각각 적어도 하나의 전압 센싱단자들이 부착되고, 상기 메인 FPCB에는 각각 적어도 하나의 온도 센서가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체. - 제1항에 따른 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 메인 FPCB 복수 개가 미리 설계되어 있는 제1 FPCB 원단과 상기 서브 FPCB 복수 개가 미리 설계되어 있는 제2 FPCB 원단에서 상기 메인 FPCB와 상기 서브 FPCB를 각각 분리시키는 FPCB 부품 준비단계; 및
상기 메인 FPCB의 적어도 일측에 구비되는 제1 커넥터 터미널들과 상기 서브 FPCB의 적어도 일측에 구비되는 제2 커넥터 터미널들을 서로 연결하여 상기 메인 FPCB와 상기 서브 FPCB를 상호 조립하는 FPCB 조립단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 커넥터 터미널들은 각각 소켓 타입의 암 커넥터 핀 형상으로 마련되고, 상기 제2 커넥터 터미널들은 각각 상기 암 커넥터 핀 속에 삽입 가능한 수 커넥터 핀 형상으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 암 커넥터 핀과 상기 수 커넥터 핀은 접속 후 클린칭 공정으로 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈용 FPCB 조립체를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
