Description

도면에서, 동일한 1자리 및 10자리 숫자를 갖는 참조번호는 도면에 걸쳐 대응하는 아이템을 나타내고, 100자리 숫자는 도면의 번호를 나타낸다.
Claims (17)
- 스트랜드 및 스틸로 제조된 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 스틸 코드로서, 상기 스트랜드는 스트랜드 꼬임 길이 및 방향으로 함께 꼬이고 스틸로 제조된 스트랜드 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 스트랜드는 코드 꼬임 및 방향으로 함께 꼬이고, 상기 스트랜드는 상기 스틸 코드의 외층을 형성하는, 스틸 코드에 있어서,
상기 모노필라멘트는 상기 코드 길이 및 방향으로 꼬이고, 상기 스틸 코드의 상기 외층의 반경방향 외측 상의 인접한 스트랜드들 사이의 골부를 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틸 코드. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 직경을 가지고, 상기 모노필라멘트의 상기 직경은 상기 인접한 스트랜드들 사이의 간격보다 큰 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 상기 스틸 코드의 상기 스트랜드에 대한 외접원 안에 유지되는 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 직경을 갖고, 상기 모노필라멘트 직경은 상기 스틸 모노필라멘트에 가장 가까운 상기 스트랜드의 직경보다 작은 스틸 코드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 직경을 갖고, 상기 모노필라멘트 직경은 스트랜드 필라멘트의 직경들 중 임의의 것보다 큰 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 모노필라멘트 인장 강도를 갖고, 상기 모노필라멘트 강도는 상기 모노필라멘트에 가장 가까운 스트랜드 필라멘트의 인장 강도보다 낮은 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 총 모노필라멘트 파단 하중을 갖고, 상기 총 모노필라멘트 파단 하중은 상기 스틸 코드의 파단 하중의 20%보다 낮은 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트 중 하나의 단면적이 상기 스틸 코드의 총 금속 단면적의 2% 내지 5% 사이인 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트 중 적어도 하나는 전기 절연 층으로 코팅되는 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트 중 적어도 하나는 간격을 두고 국소적으로 약화되는 스틸 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸 코드는 코어를 더 포함하며, 상기 스트랜드는 상기 코어 주위로 꼬인 스틸 코드.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 인공 유기 섬유 또는 천연 유기 섬유를 포함하는 스틸 코드.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 스틸 필라멘트를 포함하고, 스틸 필라멘트는 코어 스트랜드를 형성하는 스틸 코드.
