Claims (15)
- 강도 부재(strength member)(10)를 포함하는 호이스팅 장치(hoisting apparatus)용 로프(1)로서,
상기 강도 부재는, ASTM D885M에 명시된 바와 같이 결정될 때 적어도 1.0 N/Tex의 강성도(tenacity)를 갖는 고성능 얀을 포함하는 1차 스트랜드(primary strand)를 포함하고,
상기 로프는, 간격을 두고 위치되고 상기 강도 부재(10)의 길이 방향 치수를 따라 분포되는 물체(object)(101)를 추가로 포함하며,
상기 물체(101)는, 원격으로 검출가능하고 판독가능하며 프로그램가능한 식별(ID) 태그인 것을 특징으로 하는,
호이스팅 장치용 로프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강도 부재는 브레이드(braided) 구조, 텐던 얀 번들(tendon yarn bundle), 레이드(laid) 구조, 합성 체인(chain) 및/또는 벨트인, 로프. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 고성능 얀은 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE) 얀인, 로프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강도 부재는 브레이드 구조이며, 상기 ID 태그는 상기 브레이드 강도 부재의 1차 스트랜드들 사이에 통제 없이(without restraint) 위치되는, 로프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 ID 태그는 사전-결정된 간격으로 배치되고 신장된 캐리어 요소의 길이 방향 치수를 따라 분포되는, 로프. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 신장된 캐리어 요소는 상기 강도 부재의 1차 스트랜드의 일부이거나 또는 이를 형성하거나, 또는 상기 신장된 캐리어 요소는 상기 강도 부재의 길이 방향 코어 섹션(core section)을 형성하는, 로프. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 신장된 캐리어 요소는 상기 ID 태그를 포함하는 브레이드 구조를 갖는, 로프. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 신장된 캐리어 요소는 상기 ID 태그를 포함하는 열가소성 로드(rod)인, 로프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 로프는 적어도 100 m의 길이, 적어도 10 mm의 직경, 적어도 0.8 N/tex의 강성도, 적어도 10 kN의 최대 파괴 하중(MBL), 및 브레이드 강도 부재의 길이 방향 치수를 따라 분포된 적어도 50개의 ID 태그를 갖고, 상기 간격은 실질적으로 동등한 길이이며 0.5 내지 5 m의 범위내에 있는, 로프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 원격으로 검출가능한 물체는 수동형 및/또는 능동형 ID 태그인, 로프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 로프(1)가 장착된 적어도 하나의 시브(sheave)(21)를 갖는 호이스팅 장치용 로프 모니터링 시스템으로서,
상기 로프는 개별 로프 섹션(11)들에서 가상적으로 분리되고,
상기 개별 로프 섹션(11)들은 적어도 하나의 ID 태그(101)를 구비되고 그에 의해 식별되고,
상기 로프는 상기 호이스팅 장치의 사전-결정된 경로를 따라서 및 상기 적어도 하나의 시브 상에서 하중 운반 로프로서 위치되며,
상기 로프 모니터링 시스템은,
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 로프인, 상기 로프(1),
- 상기 사전-결정된 경로를 따라 이동할 때 적어도 하나의 ID 태그(101)를 구비하고 그에 의해 식별되는 개별 로프 섹션의 적어도 아이덴티티(identity) 및 선택적으로는 이력 헬쓰 (historic health) 상태 및/또는 적어도 하나의 물리적 로프 파라미터를 검출하기 위해 상기 로프의 상기 사전-결정된 경로를 따라 장착된 적어도 하나의 ID 태그 판독(22) 장치,
- 상기 사전-결정된 경로를 따라 이동할 때 상기 개별 로프 섹션의 새로운 헬쓰 상태를 적어도 하나의 ID 태그(101)에 기록하기 위해 상기 로프의 상기 사전-결정된 경로를 따라 장착된 적어도 하나의 ID 태그 기록(24) 장치,
- 상기 로프의 적어도 하나의 작동 중에 적어도 하나의 로프 작동 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 수단(26), 및
- 사전-결정된 로프 경로 지오메트리(path geometry), 적어도 하나의 로프 작동 파라미터, 적어도 하나의 ID 태그의 아이덴티티 및 위치, 및 선택적으로는 대응하는 로프 섹션의 이력 헬쓰 상태를 포함하는 데이터를 구비한 컴퓨팅 유닛(28)
을 포함하며,
상기 컴퓨팅 유닛에는,
- 상기 데이터에 기초하여, 상기 호이스팅 장치의 상기 사전-결정된 경로에 대한 로프의 개별 섹션의 상대적인 길이 방향 위치, 및 상기 적어도 하나의 로프 작동 파라미터 하에서 상기 경로를 따라 이동하는 동안 로프의 개별 섹션에 의해 받게 되는 추가적인 손상 또는 손상들을 컴퓨팅할 수 있고,
- 상기 로프의 개별 섹션의 새로운 헬쓰 상태를 컴퓨팅하고 기록할 수 있으며,
- 상기 로프의 개별 섹션의 새로운 헬쓰 상태를 대응하는 적어도 하나의 ID 태그 기록 장치에 적절하게 전송하여, 상기 로프의 개별 섹션의 새로운 헬쓰 상태를 상기 로프의 대응하는 적어도 하나의 프로그램가능한 ID 태그에 저장할 수 있는

호이스팅 장치용 로프 모니터링 시스템. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 가상 로프 섹션의 물리적 로프 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 추가 수단(27)을 포함하는 로프 모니터링 시스템. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 로프 작동 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 상기 적어도 하나의 수단(26)은 호이스팅된 하중(hoisted load)의 질량, 호이스팅된 하중의 가속도, 호이스팅된 하중의 진동, 로프의 작동 방향, 로프의 속도, 로프의 가속도, 로프의 미끄러짐, 로프에 대한 견인력, 로프에 대한 압력, 로프의 장력, 로프의 압축 및 로프의 비틀림으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 파라미터를 검출하는, 로프 모니터링 시스템. - 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 로프의 개별 섹션에 의해 겪게 되는 손상 또는 손상들은 상기 로프의 개별 섹션의 잔여 수명을 나타내는 파라미터로 집계되는, 로프 모니터링 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 컴퓨팅 유닛은 상기 로프의 적어도 하나의 가상 섹션의 잔여 수명이 사전-정의된 한계에 도달할 때 경보 신호를 제공하는, 로프 모니터링 시스템.
