Description
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 입사각과 편광 무의존성을 갖는 초박막 넓은 대역 흡수체의 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 흡수체의 파장 기반의 빛 흡수능을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 흡수체의 각도 및 편광 기반의 빛 흡수능을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 흡수체를 MoS2에 적용한 예를 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (3)
- 반사층;
상기 반사층 위에 형성된 액티브층;
상기 액티브층 위에 형성된 임피던스 매칭 층을 포함하며,
400 ~ 800 nm의 파장 대역에서 빛을 흡수하는 입사각과 편광 무의존성을 갖는 초박막 넓은 대역 흡수체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 매칭층은
0 ~ ±60 도의 입사각을 가지는 빛을 흡수하며, 편광에 무의존성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입사각과 편광 무의존성을 갖는 초박막 넓은 대역 흡수체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 매칭 층은
상기 액티브층을 보호하여 표면에서의 전하 캐리어 손실을 줄일 수 있기 때문에, 상기 액티브층의 전기적 특성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입사각과 편광 무의존성을 갖는 초박막 넓은 대역 흡수체.
