도 2는 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 있어서의 설비기의 열화 진단 장치의 논리 연산부의 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 있어서의 설비의 열화 진단 장치의 동작을 설명하는 플로우도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 따른 설비의 열화 진단 장치에 있어서의 고장 발생시의 고장 부위, 요인의 표시예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 따른 설비의 열화 진단 장치에 있어서의 고장 발생시의 전동기의 고장 부위, 요인의 표시예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 따른 설비의 열화 진단 장치에 있어서의 고장 처치 방법의 표시예를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (3)
- 전동기 및 상기 전동기로 구동되는 기계 설비를 진단하는 설비의 열화 진단 장치에 있어서, 검출된 상기 전동기의 전압, 전류를 전송에 적합한 데이터로 변환하는 전송 데이터 변환부와. 통신선을 통해서 전송된 상기 데이터에 의해 상기 전동기, 상기 기계 설비의 이상을 진단하는 설비 진단부와, 상기 설비 진단부에 의해서 진단된 결과에 기초하여 고장 부위, 요인을 추정하는 고장 부위/요인 추정부와, 상기 고장 부위/요인 추정부에 의해 얻어진 결과에 기초하여 고장 처치 방법을 선정하는 고장 처치 방법 선정부와, 상기 고장 처치 방법 선정부에 의해 얻어진 내용을 표시하는 표시부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비의 열화 진단 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 설비 진단부는 전동기 베어링 열화 진단부, 전동기 이상 진동 진단부, 기계 설비 이상 진단부, 전동기 코일 레이어 쇼트 진단부, 절연 저항 열화 진단부 중 적어도 어느 하나를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비의 열화 진단 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전송 데이터 변환부에 의해 얻어진 상기 데이터는, 인터넷망을 통해서, 클라우드 상의 열화 진단 툴에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비의 열화 진단 장치.
