Claims (10)
- C3- 내지 C6-올레핀을 포함하는 출발 혼합물이 사용되고 촉매 독으로서 작용하는 질소-, 산소- 및/또는 황-함유 불순물이 적어도 부분적으로 제거된 것인, C3- 내지 C6-올레핀의 올리고머화 방법이며,
여기서 올리고머화는, 각 경우에 15 내지 40 중량% NiO, 5 내지 30 중량% Al2O3, 55 내지 80 중량% SiO2 및 0.01 내지 2.5 중량%의 알칼리 금속 산화물의 조성을 갖는 올리고머화 촉매를 사용하여, 적어도 하나의 반응기 및 적어도 하나의 증류 칼럼으로 각각 이루어진, 적어도 2개의 연속적인 반응 스테이지에서 수행되고,
적어도 첫 번째 반응 스테이지의 반응기(들)는 등온적으로 작동되며,
첫 번째 반응 스테이지에서의 올리고머화 촉매가 늦어도 47 개월 후, 바람직하게는 늦어도 45 개월 후, 특히 바람직하게는 늦어도 43 개월 후에 새로운 올리고머화 촉매로 교환되고,
다음 반응 스테이지(들)에서의 올리고머화 촉매가 일러도 48 개월 후 늦어도 72 개월 후까지 새로운 올리고머화 촉매로 교환되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 올리고머화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 첫 번째 반응 스테이지에서의 올리고머화 촉매가 일러도 6 개월 후에 새로운 올리고머화 촉매로 교환되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방법이 3, 4 또는 5개의 반응 스테이지를 포함하는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 두 번째 및 모든 후속 반응 스테이지의 촉매가 동시에 교환되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 반응 스테이지에서의 반응기(들)가 등온적으로 작동되는 것인 올리고머화 방법.

- 제7항에 있어서, 재생된 올리고머화 촉매가 올리고머화에 사용된 올리고머화 촉매를 연소하는 단계 A), 및 단계 A)에서 연소된 올리고머화 촉매를 전이 금속 화합물의 용액으로 함침시키고 후속 하소하는 단계 B)에 의해 생성된 것인 올리고머화 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 B)에서 함침된 올리고머화 촉매가 하소 전에 100 내지 250℃의 온도에서 및 표준 압력에서 또는 감압하에 건조된 것인 올리고머화 방법.
