Claims (4)
- 프레임, 글라스, 전면 EVA, 태양전지, 후면 EVA, 탄소면상발열체, 백시트 및 탄소코팅막 순으로 적층된 태양전지 패널; 및
상기 태양전지 패널에 쌓인 눈을 녹이는 제설장치;를 포함하되,
상기 제설장치는
CCTV 모니터를 통해 태양전지 패널 상의 적설 여부를 확인하는 모니터링부와,
배터리의 전류를 태양전지 측으로 보내는 역바이어스 공급부, 및
상기 모니터링부, 배터리 및 역바이어스 공급부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양광 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소면상발열체는 방열 효과를 높이기 위하여 직사각형 형상의 패턴을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양광 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소코팅막은 탄소, 그라파이트 및 바인더를 혼합한 복합소재를 인쇄하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양광 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제설장치는 제어부가 역바이어스 공급부를 제어하여 스위치(SW)를 온(ON)시키면, 배터리 전압이 역바이어스 공급부의 저항(R) 및 스위치(SW)를 통해 태양전지에 전류를 보내 태양전지에서 발열이 일어나 태양전지 패널에 쌓인 눈을 녹이는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 태양광 모듈.
