Claims (9)
- 열 회수 증기 발생기(heat recovery steam generator, HRSG)(10)로서,
적어도 하나의 튜브(22)를 포함하고,
상기 튜브(22)는
강철 재료를 포함하는 중심 튜브(52) - 상기 중심 튜브(52)는 그를 통한 유체의 유동을 허용하도록 구성됨 -; 및
상기 중심 튜브(52) 둘레에 배치되고, 열 전도성 재료를 포함하고, 외부 열원에 노출되는 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)를 포함하고;
상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 열을 상기 외부 열원으로부터 상기 중심 튜브(52) 내로 전도하고;
상기 중심 튜브(52)는 상기 열을 상기 외부 열원으로부터 상기 유체의 유동 내로 전달하고;
상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)의 열 전도성은 상기 중심 튜브(52)의 열 전도성보다 높은, HRSG(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)에 배치된 12개의 핀(fin) 세그먼트(58) 내지 100개의 핀 세그먼트(58)를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 핀 세그먼트(58)를 갖는 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 4mm 내지 25mm의 핀 높이를 포함하는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 고주파 용접 공정을 통해 상기 중심 튜브(52)에 접합된 연속 링 형상의 디스크를 추가로 포함하는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 적어도 부분적으로는 알루미늄, 베릴륨, 구리, 금, 마그네슘, 이리듐, 몰리브덴, 로듐, 은, 및 텅스텐 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고; 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 두께가 0.5mm 내지 1.5mm인, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 상기 중심 튜브(52) 둘레를 나선형 구성으로 둘러싸는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 다수의 디스크(50)를 포함하고, 상기 다수의 디스크(50) 중 제1 디스크(50)는 상기 다수의 디스크(50) 중 인접한 제2 디스크(50)와 종방향으로 정렬되고, 상기 중심 튜브(52)는 튜브 길이의 미터당 80 내지 450개의 디스크(50)를 포함하는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심 튜브(52)는 튜브 외경이 2.54cm 내지 6.35cm이고, 적어도 부분적으로는 탄소강, 합금강, 스테인리스강, 페라이트계 스테인리스강, 및 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 중 적어도 하나로 구성되는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 튜브(22)는 상기 HRSG(10)의 상기 튜브들의 적어도 10%를 포함하는, HRSG(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,

상기 핀 세그먼트(58)는 핀 높이가 4mm 내지 25mm이고;
상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 상기 중심 튜브(52) 둘레를 나선형 구성으로 감싸고 고주파 용접 공정을 통해 상기 중심 튜브(52)에 접합되고;
상기 적어도 하나의 디스크(50)는 적어도 부분적으로는 알루미늄 및 구리 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고 0.5mm 내지 1.5mm의 두께를 포함하고;
상기 중심 튜브(52)는 적어도 부분적으로는 탄소강, 합금강, 스테인리스강, 페라이트계 스테인리스강, 및 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고,
상기 중심 튜브(52)의 튜브 외경은 2.54cm 내지 6.35cm인, HRSG(10).
