Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 열가소성 성형 재료의 제조를 위한 조성물이며, 하기 구성성분:
A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 및 방향족 폴리에스테르카르보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체,
B) 폴리스티렌 표준물에 대하여 용매로서 오르토-디클로로벤젠을 사용하는 고온 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 의해 결정된 50000 내지 500000 g/몰의 중량-평균 분자량 Mw를 갖는 적어도 하나의 무수물-관능화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 삼원공중합체,
C) 유리 섬유
를 함유하거나 또는 그들로 이루어진 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B가 α-올레핀 및 에틸렌의 총합을 기준으로 2 내지 40 몰%의 α-올레핀 단위 및 60 내지 98 몰%의 에틸렌 단위를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B가 0.1 중량% 내지 3.0 중량%의 무수물의 함량을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B가 에틸렌 및 1-옥텐의 말레산 무수물-관능화된 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B가 100,000 내지 400,000 g/몰의 중량-평균 분자량 Mw를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B가 1-옥텐 및 에틸렌의 총합을 기준으로 10 내지 25 몰%의 1-옥텐 단위 및 75 내지 90 몰%의 에틸렌 단위를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A가 방향족 폴리카르보네이트로만 이루어진 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C가 에폭시 크기, 폴리우레탄 크기 및 실록산 크기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 크기를 포함하는 세절된 유리 섬유인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C가 5 ㎛ 내지 25 ㎛의 직경을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
40 중량% 내지 98.9 중량%의 성분 A,
0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 성분 B,
1 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 성분 C,
0 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 성분 D로서의 추가 중합체 구성성분 및/또는 중합체 첨가제
를 함유하거나 또는 그들로 이루어진 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 D가 페놀계 산화방지제 및 포스파이트의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 안정화제를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 단계 (i), (ii) 및 임의적으로 (iii)를 함유하는 성형 재료의 제조 방법이며, 제1 단계 (i)에서
제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을
열 및/또는 역학 에너지의 도입에 의해 가열하고, 이에 의해 적어도 성분 A)를 용융시키고 모든 사용된 성분을 서로 분산 및/또는 용해시키고,
추가 단계 (ii)에서
방법 단계 (i)로부터 생성된 용융물을 (ii) 냉각에 의해 재응고시키고
(iii) 임의적으로 펠릿화하고,
방법 단계 (ii) 및 (iii)를 서로에 대해 임의의 원하는 순서로 수행할 수 있는 것인 방법. - 제12항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된 또는 수득가능한 성형 재료.
- 성형품을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제13항에 따른 성형 재료의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제13항에 따른 성형 재료로부터 수득가능한 성형품.
