Claims (5)
- 탄성재료로 이루어지고, 하우징에 의해 지지되고, 링 형상의 더스트 립을 갖고, 상기 하우징 내에 배치되고, 선단측을 대기측으로 돌출시킨 왕복운동 축의 외주면에 상기 더스트 립 표면을 접촉시키는 환형상 더스트 씰로서,
상기 더스트 립의 종단면에 있어서, 상기 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 상기 하우징 내측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경은, 이 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 대기측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경보다, 크게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형상 더스트 씰. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 상기 하우징 내측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경은, 상기 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 대기측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경의 1.5배 ~ 4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형상 더스트 씰. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 상기 하우징 내측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경은, 상기 더스트 립의 정수리부보다 대기측에 있어서의 볼록 곡률을 가지는 표면의 평균 곡률반경의 2배 ~ 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형상 더스트 씰. - 청구항 1, 2 또는 3에 있어서,
상기 왕복운동 축의 외주면에 상기 더스트 립 표면을 접촉시켰을 때,
대기측을 향하는 끝면의, 적어도 상기 왕복운동 축의 외주면 부근은, 상기 외주면의 모선에 대해서 이루는 각도가 90도 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형상 더스트 씰. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 왕복운동 축의 외주면에 상기 더스트 립 표면을 접촉시켰을 때,
대기측을 향하는 끝면은, 상기 왕복운동 축의 외주면에 가까울수록 대기측으로 돌출한 테이퍼 형상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형상 더스트 씰.
