Claims (12)
- 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와 함께, 비닐 에스테르계 단량체, 스티렌계 단량체, (메타)아크릴산계 단량체, 및 히드록시기를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴 에스테르계 단량체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 2 시간 이상 동안에 걸쳐서 투입하며 유화 중합 반응을 수행하는 단계; 및
상기 단량체 혼합물을 투입하여 유화 중합 반응을 시작한 후에, 단량체 혼합물을 투입하는 전체 시간 중 60%의 시간이 경과한 이후부터 93%의 시간이 경과하기 이전까지의 시점에서, 하기 화학식 1의 단량체를 투입하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은, 라디칼 반응이 가능한 탄소-탄소 불포화 결합을 포함하는 작용기이고,
A는, 단일 결합이거나 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄상 또는 분지상 알킬렌기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴렌기이고,
R2는, 강한 음극성 전하를 띄는 작용기 또는 그의 염이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물을 투입하는 전체 시간은 2 시간 내지 8 시간인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 단량체는, 단량체 혼합물을 투입하여 유화 중합 반응을 시작한 후에, 단량체 혼합물을 투입하는 전체 시간 중 75%의 시간이 경과한 이후부터 80%의 시간이 경과하기 이전까지 시점에서 투입하는,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
R1은, C=C 이중결합 구조이고,
A는, 단일 결합이거나, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴렌기이고,
R2는, 설포네이트, 설파이트, 또는 설페이트인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 단량체는, 소듐 알릴 설포네이트, 소듐 메틸 알릴 설포네이트, 소듐 에틸 알릴 설포네이트, 소듐 프로필 알릴 설포네이트, 소듐 부틸 알릴 설포네이트, 소듐 스티렌 설포네이트, 및 소듐 알릴 설페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 단량체는, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와 공단량체의 총량 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.05 중량부 내지 1.0 중량부의 함량으로 투입하는,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 단량체는, 전체 투입량을 1회에 일괄 투입, 또는 2회 이상으로 분할 투입의 방식으로 투입하는,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공단량체는, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와 공단량체의 총량 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.1 중량부 내지 30 중량부로 포함되는 것인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와 공단량체의 총량 100 중량부를 기준으로, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 30 중량부 내지 90 중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트 0 내지 40 중량부, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 0 내지 20 중량부, 비닐아세테이트 0 내지 20 중량부, 스티렌 0 내지 10 중량부, 아크릴산 0.1 중량부 내지 5 중량부, 및 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트 0 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 유화제, 가교제, 내부가교제, 외부가교제, 중합개시제, 환원제, 완충제, 습윤제, 및 분자량조절제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것인,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유화 중합 반응은, 중합 개시제 존재 하에서 70 oC 내지 90 oC의 온도에서 3 시간 내지 10 시간 동안 교반하여 수행하는,
아크릴계 에멀젼 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 아크릴계 에멀젼 수지를 포함하는, 수성 아크릴계 점착제.
