Claims (6)
- 중량%로, C: 0.1~0.5% 을 포함하고, 하기 식 1 로 표현되는 탄소당량(Ceq)이 0.8~1.5% 인 박강판을 준비하는 단계;
상기 박강판에 상기 박강판과 동종 또는 이종의 박강판을 접촉시키는 단계; 및
접촉된 상기 박강판을 레이저 용접하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
용접종단부 10% 전단부터 용접입열을 50% 이상 상향시키는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
[식 1] Ceq(%)=[C]+([Mn]+[Si])/6+([Cr]+[Mo]+[V])/5+([Cu]+[Ni])/15
(여기서, [C], [Mn], [Si], [Cr], [Mo], [V], [Cu], [Ni]은 각 원소의 중량% 이며, 상기 성분들 중 강판에 포함되지 않은 성분의 값은 0으로 한다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
용접종단부 10% 전단부터 레이저 용접 출력을 50% 이상 상향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
용접종단부 10% 전단부터 용접속도를 50% 이하로 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 박강판을 레이저 용접하기 전에 박강판 표면의 방청유를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 방청유는 물리적 방법, 화학적 방법 및 용접 전 박강판을 가열하는 방법 중 어느 하나에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 박강판의 두께가 2.0mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 박강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
