Claims (15)
- 고장 검출용 출력 전압 지령이 출력되도록 인버터를 구동시키는 단계;
상기 인버터와 연결된 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류를 측정하는 단계;
상기 모터의 중성단의 전압을 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 측정된 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류 및 중성단의 전압에 기반하여 상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이의 고장여부를 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고장 검출용 출력 전압 지령이 출력되도록 인버터를 구동시키는 단계 이전에,
상기 고장 검출용 출력 전압 지령을 생성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,

전압 제어기에서 사전 설정된 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이 고장진단용 전압 지령 및 상기 모터의 중성단의 전압 측정 값을 입력받고, 상기 모터의 중성단 전압 지령을 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 전류 제어기에서 생성된 각 상의 전압 지령과 상기 전압 제어기에서 생성된 모터의 중성단 전압 지령 값을 합하여 인버터의 최종 출력 전압 지령을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이의 고장여부를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 측정된 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류가 정현파 형태이면, 상기 케이블이 정상이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이의 고장여부를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 측정된 전류가 정현파가 아닌 0인 경우, 0이 측정된 상에 연결된 케이블이 고장인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이의 고장여부를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 릴레이를 개방한 상태에서 측정된 모터의 중성단의 전압이 상기 릴레이 고장진단용 전압 지령 생성 전후 변화가 없으면, 상기 릴레이가 정상인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이의 고장여부를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 릴레이를 개방한 상태에서 측정된 모터의 중성단의 전압이 상기 모터의 중성단 전압 지령의 사전 설정된 오차 범위 내에 있으면, 상기 릴레이가 융착된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 방법. - 배터리, 모터, 상기 배터리와 병렬 연결되고 상기 모터와 연결된 인버터 및 상기 모터의 중성단과 연결된 릴레이를 포함하는 전력전달부;
상기 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류를 측정하는 전류 센서;
상기 모터의 중성단의 전압을 측정하는 전압 센서; 및
상기 인버터를 별도의 고장 검출용 전압 지령에 따라 구동시키되, 상기 전류 센서에서 측정된 전류 값과 상기 전압 센서에서 측정된 전압 값에 기반하여, 상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 및 상기 릴레이의 고장을 검출하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치 - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
사전 설정된 상기 인버터와 상기 모터를 연결하는 케이블 고장진단용 전류 지령 및 상기 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류 측정 값을 입력받고, 상기 모터 각 상의 전압 지령을 생성하는 전류 제어기;
사전 설정된 상기 모터의 중성단에 연결된 릴레이 고장진단용 전압 지령 및 상기 모터의 중성단의 전압 측정 값을 입력받고, 상기 모터의 중성단 전압 지령을 생성하는 전압 제어기; 및
상기 전류 제어기에서 생성된 각 상의 전압 지령과 상기 전압 제어기에서 생성된 모터 중성단의 전압 지령을 합하여 인버터의 최종 출력 전압 지령을 생성하는 최종 출력전압 지령 생성부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 측정된 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류가 정현파 형태로 주기적으로 값이 변하면 상기 케이블이 정상이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 측정된 모터의 각 상에 입력되는 전류 값 중 0이 있는 경우, 0이 측정된 상에 연결된 케이블이 고장인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 릴레이를 개방한 상태에서 측정된 모터의 중성단의 전압이 상기 릴레이 고장진단용 전압 지령 생성 전후 변화가 없으면, 상기 릴레이가 정상인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 릴레이를 개방한 상태에서 측정된 모터의 중성단의 전압이 상기 모터의 중성단 전압 지령의 사전 설정된 오차 범위 내에 있으면, 상기 릴레이가 융착된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 전류 제어기에서 생성된 상기 모터 각 상의 전압 지령은 차동 모드(Differential Mode: DM) 전압 성분이며,
상기 전압 제어기에서 생성된 모터 중성단의 전압 지령은 공통 모드(Common Mode: CM) 전압 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치. - 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 최종 출력전압 지령 생성부에서 생성된 인버터의 최종 출력 전압 지령은 차동 모드 전압 성분과 공통 모드 전압 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전력변환 시스템의 고장진단 장치.
