도 2는 본 출원의 일 실시예에 따른 코어층을 형성하는 단계를 설명하기 위하여 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (12)
- 융점이 서로 상이한 보강재(a1) 및 기지재(a2)를 갖는 자기 보강 수지 함유 코어층(A); 및
상기 코어층(A)의 대향하는 양면 상에 각각 형성되고, 유리 섬유 보강재(b11, b21) 및 기지재(b12, b22)를 갖는 스킨층(B10, B20)을 포함하며,
상기 스킨층(B10, B20)은 유리 섬유 보강재의 정렬 방향이 서로 상이한 제 1 스킨층(B1) 및 제 2 스킨층(B2)을 포함하는 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강재(a1) 및 기지재(a2)는 올레핀계 수지를 포함하고, 상기 기지재(a2)의 융점은 상기 보강재(a1)의 융점 보다 낮은 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기지재(a2)의 융점은 120℃ 내지 160℃ 범 위 내인 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 섬유 보강재(b11, b21)는 연속 유리 섬유인 시트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기지재(b12, b22)는 올레핀계 수지를 포함하고, 상기 기지재(b12, b22)의 융점은 120℃ 내지 160 ℃ 범위 내인 시트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기지재(a2)와 기지재(b21, b22)는 서로 융착되어 있는 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 스킨층(B1)은 제 1 방향으로 정렬된 유리 섬유 보강재(b11)를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 스킨층(B2)은 제 2 방향으로 정렬된 유리 섬유 보강재(b21)를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 방향과 상기 제 2 방향은 서로 직교하는 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스킨층(B10, B20)은 상기 유리 섬유 보강재(b11, b21) 및 상기 기지재(b12, b22)를 각각 40 중량% 내지 70 중량% 및 30 중량% 내지 60 중량%로 포함하는 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.5 g/cm3 내지 1.5 g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 시트.
- 융점이 서로 상이한 보강재(a1) 및 기지재(a2')를 포함하는 자기 보강 수지 함유 코어층(A)의 양면 상에 유리 섬유 보강재(b11, b21) 및 기지재(b12, b22)를 갖는 스킨층(B10, B20)을 대향시켜 합지하는 단계를 포함하는 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 합지하는 단계는 140℃ 내지 160℃에서 수행하는 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 시트를 포함하는 트레일러용 사이드 스커트.
