Claims (13)
- 가솔린 작동식 내연기관(10)의 배기가스관(20) 내 올바른 입자 필터(22)의 존재를 결정하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 상기 입자 필터(22)의 설치 위치(35)의 상류의 상기 배기가스관(20)에서 발생하는 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)을 결정하는 단계;
- 상기 입자 필터(22)의 설치 위치(35)의 하류에 배열된 제1 온도 센서(25)에 의해 제2 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_dw)을 측정하는 단계;
- 제1 배기가스 질량 흐름(m'_1), 제1 비열용량(cp_1) 및 상기 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)에 의해 결정될 수 있는 제1 열 흐름 곡선(Q'_up)을 특정 시간에 걸쳐 적분하는 것에 의해 제1 열량(Q_up)을 결정하는 단계;
- 제2 배기가스 질량 흐름(m'_2), 제2 비열용량(cp_2) 및 상기 제2 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_dw)에 의해 결정될 수 있는 제2 열 흐름 곡선(Q'_dw)을 상기 특정 시간에 걸쳐 적분하는 것에 의해 제2 열량(Q_dw)을 결정하는 단계; 및
- 상기 올바른 입자 필터(22)의 존재를 결정하기 위해 상기 제1 열량(Q_up) 및 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw)을 평가하는 단계를 포함하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)은 상기 입자 필터(22)의 설치 위치(35)의 상류에 배열된 제2 온도 센서(26)에 의해 결정되는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)은 미리 정해진 온도 모델(32)에 의해 결정되는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)이 특정 제1 임계값(40)에 도달하자마자 상기 제1 열 흐름 곡선(Q'_up)과 상기 제2 열 흐름 곡선(Q'_dw)을 먼저 적분하기 시작하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열량(Q_up)을 결정하기 위해, 상기 제1 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_up)의 변화 및/또는 공기 비율(λ)의 변화에 기초하여 상기 제1 비열용량(cp_1)의 변화를 고려하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw)을 결정하기 위해, 상기 제2 배기가스 온도 곡선(T_dw)의 변화 및/또는 화학양론적 공기 비율(λ)의 변화에 기초하여 상기 제2 비열용량(cp_2)의 변화를 고려하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평가를 위해, 상기 제1 열량(Q_up)과 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw)의 비율(i)을 결정하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비율(i)의 피제수(dividend)는 상기 제1 열량(Q_up)과 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw) 사이의 차이이고, 상기 비율(i)의 제수(divisor)는 상기 제1 열량(Q_up)인, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 입자 필터(22)가 상기 설치 위치(35)에 설치된 경우 상기 비율(i)은 비교적 크고, 입자 필터(22)가 상기 설치 위치(35)에 올바르게 설치되지 않은 경우 상기 비율(i)은 비교적 작은, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비율(i)을 평가하기 위해, 상기 내연기관(10)의 엔진 제어 유닛(ECU)의 메모리에 저장된 비교 값(43)을 사용하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열량(Q_up) 및 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw)을 평가한 것이 입자 필터(22)가 상기 설치 위치(35)에 올바르게 설치되지 않았다는 것을 나타내는 경우, 결함 메모리(33)에 입력이 이루어지는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열량(Q_up) 및 상기 제2 열량(Q_dw)을 평가한 것이 입자 필터(22)가 상기 설치 위치(35)에 올바르게 설치되지 않았다는 것을 나타내는 경우, 결함 표시 장치(34)가 신호를 방출하는, 배기가스관 내 올바른 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하는 방법.
- 가솔린 작동식 내연기관(10)의 배기가스관(20) 내 입자 필터(22)의 존재를 결정하기 위한 장치로서, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법을 제어하도록 구성된 제어 유닛(30)을 포함하는, 배기가스관 내 입자 필터의 존재를 결정하기 위한 장치.
