Claims (6)
- 평균 입경 2㎛ 이하의 함수규산염 분말의 1종 또는 2종 이상과,
ΣniMi/ΣPi≤0.5의 관계를 만족하는 인산 및 인산염의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하고,
하기 (식 1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전자 강판용 절연 피막을 형성하기 위한 도포액.

(단, P는 인의 몰수를, M은 인산염에서 유래하는 금속 이온의 몰수를, n은 인산염에서 유래하는 금속 이온의 가수를, i는 인산염의 종류수를, M'는 함수규산염 중의 금속 원소의 몰수를, n'는 함수규산염 중의 금속 원소의 가수를, j는 함수규산염의 종류수를, 각각 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산염이, Al의 인산염, Mg의 인산염, Ca의 인산염, Zn의 인산염 및 Ni의 인산염 중 어느 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전자 강판용 절연 피막을 형성하기 위한 도포액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 함수규산염 분말이, 카올린의 분말, 탈크의 분말 및 파이로필라이트의 분말의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전자 강판용 절연 피막을 형성하기 위한 도포액.
- 최종 마무리 어닐링 후의 방향성 전자 강판에 대해, 방향성 전자 강판용 절연 피막을 형성하기 위한 도포액을 도포하고, 베이킹 처리를 실시하는 공정이며, 상기 도포액이, 평균 입경 2㎛ 이하의 함수규산염 분말의 1종 또는 2종 이상과, ΣniMi/ΣPi≤0.5의 관계를 만족하는 인산 및 인산염의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하고, 하기 (식 1)을 만족하는 도포액이며, 상기 베이킹 처리의 온도가 600℃ 내지 1000℃인 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
