Claims (9)
- 작동 유체가 유통하는 유로 내에 배치되며, 2개의 연부를 연결하는 날개면과, 케이싱의 둘레면 사이에 클리어런스를 형성하는 직경방향 단면을 갖는 정익 본체와,
상기 작동 유체의 주류의 흐름방향에 대한 상기 정익 본체의 각도를 가변시키도록 회전하는 동시에, 상기 직경방향 단면과 접속된 회전축과,
상기 회전축의 외측으로 돌출되는 상기 직경방향 단면에 인접하는 상기 날개면에 마련된 곡면부를 구비하며,
상기 곡면부의 곡률 반경은 상기 회전축으로부터 멀어짐에 따라서 서서히 작아지는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회전축은, 상기 직경방향 단면이 접속되는 접속면을 가지며,
상기 날개면과 상기 접속면 사이에는, 상기 정익 본체와 상기 회전축을 접속하는 필릿부가 마련되어 있으며,
상기 필릿부의 단부는, 상기 접속면의 외측까지 연장되어서 배치되는 동시에, 외면이 제 1 곡면으로 되어 있으며,
상기 필릿부의 단부와 상기 연부 사이에 위치하는 상기 직경방향 단면을 구획하는 상기 정익 본체의 코너부의 적어도 일부는, 상기 필릿부의 단부에 도달하며, 또한 상기 제 1 곡면보다 곡률 반경이 작은 제 2 곡면으로 되어 있으며,
상기 곡면부는 상기 제 1 곡면과, 상기 제 2 곡면을 포함하는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 날개면은 부압면과 정압면을 가지며,
상기 곡면부는 상기 부압면측에 배치되는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 날개면은 부압면과 정압면을 가지며,
상기 곡면부는 상기 정압면측에 배치되는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 날개면은 부압면과 정압면을 가지며,
상기 곡면부는 상기 부압면측과 상기 정압면측에 각각 배치되는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱에는, 상기 케이싱의 상기 둘레면으로부터 노출되며, 상기 회전축이 수용되는 축수용부가 형성되어 있으며,
상기 축수용부는, 상기 둘레면으로부터 노출된 제 1 부분과, 상기 제 1 부분과 일체가 되고, 상기 둘레면으로부터 멀어진 위치에 배치된 제 2 부분을 갖고 있으며,
상기 회전축은, 상기 제 1 부분과 대향하는 동시에, 움푹한 만곡면을 갖고 있으며,
상기 제 1 부분은, 상기 제 2 부분으로부터 상기 둘레면을 향함에 따라서, 확경된 형상으로 되어 있으며,
상기 제 1 부분은, 일정한 각도로 경사진 경사면과, 상기 경사면과 상기 제 2 부분의 내주면 사이에 형성되며, 상기 만곡면을 향하는 방향으로 돌출되는 제 1 만곡면과, 상기 둘레면과 상기 경사면 사이에 형성되며, 상기 만곡면을 향하는 방향으로 돌출되는 제 2 만곡면을 갖는
가변 정익. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 가변 정익과,
로터 본체, 및 상기 로터 본체의 축선방향 및 둘레방향으로 배열된 복수의 동익을 포함하는 로터와,
상기 로터의 외측에 마련된 내측 케이싱과,
상기 내측 케이싱의 외측에 마련된 외측 케이싱과,
상기 회전축과 접속되며, 상기 회전축을 회전시키는 회전 구동부를 구비하고,
상기 케이싱은 상기 내측 케이싱 및 상기 외측 케이싱 중 적어도 한쪽인
압축기. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 회전축은 회전 가능한 상태로 상기 내측 케이싱에 지지되어 있으며,
상기 가변 정익은, 상기 회전축이 마련된 측과는 반대측에 위치하는 상기 정익 본체와 접속되며, 상기 외측 케이싱에 회전 가능한 상태로 지지된 다른 회전축을 갖는
압축기. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 곡면부는, 상기 다른 회전축측에 위치하는 상기 날개면에도 배치되는
압축기.
