Claims (8)
- 브레이크 스프링을 고정하기 위한 브레이크 스프링 고정장치에 있어서,
플렌지;
상기 플렌지에 배치되어 브레이크 피스톤을 탄성 지지하는 브레이크 스프링; 및
상기 브레이크 스프링을 상기 플렌지에 결합시키는 가이드 홀더를 포함하고,
상기 가이드 홀더에는 대체적으로 내경이 상광 하협의 형상으로 테이퍼지게 형성되는 홈부가 배치되고, 상기 홈부의 내주면에는 반경 방향 내측으로 돌출되는 적어도 하나 이상의 돌기부가 형성되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 스프링은 코일 스프링을 포함하고 상기 홈부의 내측에 수용된 상태에서 적어도 일부 영역이 상기 돌기부에 걸림으로써 상하 방향의 이동이 제한되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈부는 하단부의 적어도 일부 구간의 내주면이 수직하게 배치되는 수직구간을 포함하고, 상기 돌기부는 상기 수직구간에 형성되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈부는 횡단면이 원형인 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈부는 횡단면이 사각형 또는 육각형으로 형성되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 스프링은 상기 홈부의 형상과 대응되도록 상광 하협의 형상으로 형성되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 스프링은 원통형상으로 형성되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플렌지에는 상기 가이드 홀더가 수용되는 링 형상의 홀더홈이 형성되고, 상기 가이드 홀더의 둘레를 따라 적어도 2개 이상의 결합부가 형성되어 상기 결합부가 상기 홀더홈과 끼움 결합되는 브레이크 스프링 고정장치.
