도 2는 수소 간접냉각방식을 나타낸 계통도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크의 내부 구성을 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크의 냉각 시스템을 나타낸 도이다.

Claims (7)
- 축열재가 내부에 저장된 저장탱크;
상기 저장탱크 내부에 구비되고, 수소가 유동되는 제1유로와 냉매가 유동되는 제2유로가 형성된 인쇄회로기판형 열교환기 코어;
상기 열교환기 코어의 제1유로 입,출구에 연결되어 상기 수소가 유입되어 배출되게 하는 수소라인;
상기 열교환기 코어의 제2유로 입,출구에 연결되어 상기 냉매가 유입되어 상기 수소를 냉각하고 배출되게 되는 냉매라인;
상기 저장탱크 내부로 순환되어 냉열을 공급되게 하는 축열냉매라인;이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기 코어에는,
상부와 하부에 각각 상,하부 축열보강재가 구비되고, 상기 상,하부 축열보강재는 볼트에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매라인에는,
상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기에 연결되어 상기 냉매를 응축하는 응축기와, 상기 응축기와 상기 열교환기 사이에 연결되어 상기 냉매를 감압하여 상기 열교환기에 공급되게 하는 팽창밸브로 구성된 직접냉각회로가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매라인에는,
냉매에 포함된 상기 압축기의 오일을 제거하여 상기 열교환기 코어의 제2유로에 직접 냉매를 순환 가능케 하는 오일필터가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 오일필터는,
상기 압축기와 상기 응축기 사이와, 상기 응축기와 상기 팽창밸브 사이에 적어도 하나 이상이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축열냉매라인은,
상기 냉매라인에서 분기되고 3웨이 밸브에 의해 냉매가 순환 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에는,
설정된 온도가 유지되도록 제어기에 의해 상기 집접냉각회로의 가동이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소충전소의 수소 냉각을 위한 축열탱크.
