- 탄소(C): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 실리콘(Si): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 망간(Mn): 0.7 ~ 1.0중량%, 인(P): 0 초과 0.015중량% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과 0.015중량% 이하, 구리(Cu): 0 초과 0.1중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0 초과 0.05중량% 이하, 니켈(Ni): 0.2 ~ 0.5중량%, 크롬(Cr): 1.5 ~ 2.0중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 바나듐(V): 0.02 ~ 0.04중량%, 칼슘(Ca): 0 초과 50ppm 이하, 붕소(B): 10 ~ 30ppm 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
최종 미세조직은 베이나이트 조직인 것을 특징으로 하는,
플라스틱 사출용 금형강. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미세조직은 바나듐 카바이드(VC)가 분산 석출된 것을 특징으로 하는,
플라스틱 사출용 금형강. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금형강은 표면의 경도가 32 ~ 34 HRc이며, 상기 금형강의 표면으로부터 중심부까지의 최대 경도 편차가 1 ~ 2 HRc인 것을 특징으로 하는,
플라스틱 사출용 금형강. - (a) 탄소(C): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 실리콘(Si): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 망간(Mn): 0.7 ~ 1.0중량%, 인(P): 0 초과 0.015중량% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과 0.015중량% 이하, 구리(Cu): 0 초과 0.1중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0 초과 0.05중량% 이하, 니켈(Ni): 0.2 ~ 0.5중량%, 크롬(Cr): 1.5 ~ 2.0중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 바나듐(V): 0.02 ~ 0.04중량%, 칼슘(Ca): 0 초과 50ppm 이하, 붕소(B): 10 ~ 30ppm 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강재를 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 강재를 어닐링한 후 900 ~ 1100℃에서 단조하는 단계;
(c) 단조된 상기 강재를 850 ~ 950℃에서 균질화 열처리하고 공냉시키는 단계;
(d) 공냉시킨 상기 강재를 850 ~ 950℃에서 가열 및 유지한 후 급냉(quenching)시키는 단계; 및
(e) 급냉시킨 상기 강재를 550 ~ 650℃에서 템퍼링하고 공냉시키는 단계;를 포함하는,

상기 (d) 단계에서 상기 급냉은 2 ~ 4℃/min의 냉각속도로 100℃가 될 때까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 단조는 원기둥 형상을 육면체 형상으로 단조하되, 단조비가 4S 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
플라스틱 사출용 금형강의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계를 수행한 금형강의 최종 미세조직은 베이나이트 조직인 것을 특징으로 하는,
플라스틱 사출용 금형강의 제조방법.
