Abstract
본 발명에 따른 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법은 표면개질 및 용매치환을 한 단계에서 동시에 수행할 수 있어 제조시간이 짧아 생산성 및 경제성이 우수할 수 있으며, 표면개질 이전에 습윤겔 블랭킷을 타공하여 관통홀 및 만입부 중 하나 이상을 형성함으로써 표면개질제의 확산이 용이하게 이루어지게 할 수 있고, 이에 따라 표면개질 반응의 효율을 높일 수 있어 제조되는 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 소수화도를 개선할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 0.10 mm 내지 3.20 mm 의 폭을 가지는 관통홀을 하나 이상 포함하는 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 제1항에 있어서,
실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 내측 방향으로 변이 도입된 만입부를 하나 이상 더 포함하며,
상기 만입부는 폭이 0.10 mm 내지 3.20 mm인 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 관통홀의 폭은 0.10 내지 3.05 mm인 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷이 2개 이상의 관통홀을 포함하는 경우 상기 관통홀 간의 간격은 1 mm 내지 50 mm인 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 관통홀은 에어로겔 블랭킷 단위면적 100 cm2 기준으로 1 내지 10,000 개 포함하는 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 1) 실리카 졸을 준비하는 단계;
2) 블랭킷용 기재에 상기 실리카 졸을 함침시키는 단계;
3) 상기 블랭킷용 기재에 함침된 실리카 졸을 겔화시켜 실라카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 형성하는 단계;
4) 상기 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 타공하여 0.10 mm 내지 3.20 mm의 폭을 가지는 관통홀 및 내측 방향으로 변이 도입된 만입부 중 하나 이상을 형성하는 단계;
5) 상기 타공된 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷에 무기산 및 표면개질제를 첨가하고 반응시켜 소수성의 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 제조하는 단계; 및
6) 상기 소수성의 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 4에서 2개 이상의 관통홀 또는 만입부를 형성하는 경우, 1 mm 내지 50 mm의 간격을 가지도록 관통홀 또는 만입부를 형성하는 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 표면개질제는 표면개질 유효성분; 또는 비극성 유기용매에 표면개질 유효성분을 첨가하고 혼합하여 제조된 표면개질 용액;인 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 4)에서 실험용 니들, 니들링 기기 또는 펀치를 사용하여 타공하는 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 건조는 100℃ 내지 190℃이 온도 조건 하에서 1시간 내지 4시간 동안 상압 건조하여 수행하는 것인 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
