Claims (20)
- 콘텐츠 전달 및 관리의 방법으로서,
콘텐츠 전달 장치에 있어서, 인간에게 불가청 음향신호를 검출하는 단계와,
상기 불가청 신호의 수신을 나타내는 표식을 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치로부터 콘텐츠 관리시스템에 공급하는 단계와,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치의 사용자에게 제시하기 위해, 콘텐츠를 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 제공함으로써, 상기 불가청 신호의 수신을 나타내는 상기 표식에 응답하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 콘텐츠는 트리거의 기술과 함께 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 제공되고, 상기 방법은, 상기 트리거에 나타난 임계치 조건이 충족되면 상기 콘텐츠에 대한 액세스를 허가하는 단계를 더욱 포함하고,
상기 임계치 조건은, 상기 불가청 신호가 수신된 횟수, 노래가 재생된 횟수, 및 회의장에서의 제2의 인간에게 불가청 음향신호의 수신 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치는 휴대용 다기능 장치이며, 상기 수신을 나타내는 표식은 상기 콘텐츠 관리시스템에 무선으로 송달되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치는, 인간에게 불가청 음향신호를 검출하기 위해, 상기 장치로 수신되는 음향신호를 주기적으로 조회하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치는, 탑재 마이크로폰, 탑재 스피커, 오디오 입력, 및 오디오 출력 중 하나 또는 복수의 사용에 의해, 상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호를 검출하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 음성, 음악, 및 배경음 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 인간에게 가청의 오디오 콘텐츠에 매립되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 의해 생성되는 인간에게 가청의 오디오 콘텐츠에 매립되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 주파수가 인간 청각의 일반적 범위의 외측인 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 20Hz보다 낮은 및 20kHz보다 높은 주파수 중 하나 또는 복수인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 논리 0 비트 및 논리 1 비트 계열의 변조부호의 형태인 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 변조부호는, 상기 인간에게 불가청 신호에 반복해서 탑재되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
변조부호는, 상기 콘텐트 관리시스템에 송신되고, 상기 불가청 신호의 수신을 나타내는 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 변조부호에 더하여, 상기 콘텐츠 관리시스템에 송신되는 상기 수신을 나타내는 표식은, 시간/날짜 데이터, 가속도계 데이터, 지형 데이터, 인구 데이터(demographic data), 장치 데이터, 소유자 데이터 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
수신후의 선택된 시간에서 콘텐츠 전달 장치의 사용자에게 제시하기 위해, 상기 콘텐츠 관리시스템으로부터 전달된 상기 콘텐츠를, 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 기억하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 제공되는 상기 콘텐츠는, 비디오, 오디오, 화상, 및 텍스트 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 제공되는 상기 콘텐츠는, 콘서트의 비디오 혹은 정지영상, 예술가 사진 혹은 비디오, 제작된 뮤직비디오, 예술가 인터뷰, 영화, 커머셜, 또는 그것들의 일부 혹은 조합 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 제공되는 상기 콘텐츠는, 사전녹음된 음악, 착신음, 디지털 형식의 음악작품, 정지영상, 아트워크, 로고, 월페이퍼, 노랫말, 따옴표, 쿠폰, 패스워드, 패스코드, 쿠폰코드, 메시지, 전자메일 어드레스, 텍스트 메시지 어드레스, 인스턴트 메시지, 광고, 교육컨텐츠, 또는 그것들의 일부 혹은 조합 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 임계치 조건은, 회의장에서의 출석을 더욱 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콘텐츠는, 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치에 관련된, 또는 상기 콘텐츠 전달 장치의 사용자에게 관련된 전자 메일박스로 전달되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호는, 제2의 휴대용 다기능 장치로부터 송신되며, 상기 신호는, 송신 장치에 관한 피어-투-피어(peer to peer) 네트워킹 정보를 매립하고 있고, 상기 피어-투-피어 네트워킹 정보는,
공용 IP주소, 사적 IP주소, 포트번호, 무선 네트워크 식별정보, 및 로컬영역 네트워크 식별정보 중 하나 또는 복수를 포함하는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 다기능 장치 사이에서,
상기 인간에게 불가청 음향신호 내의 도어를 락 해제하기 위한 키와,
지불 또는 쿠폰정보와,
엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠와,
연락처 정보와,
데이터와,
데이터 포인터와,
