Claims (11)
- 측벽부, 바닥부 및 덮개부를 포함하는 원통형 반응기 본체;
원료를 공급하는 하나 이상의 공급 노즐;
하나 이상의 임펠러; 및
상기 임펠러와 연결되고 높이 방향을 따라 뻗어 있는 회전축을 포함하고,
상기 공급 노즐은 상기 측벽부로부터 상기 원통형 반응기 본체의 내부로 연장되는 연결관 및 상기 연결관의 일단에 위치하고 원료를 분사하는 분사구를 포함하며,
상기 바닥부로터 상기 분사구까지의 높이는 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 하나 이상의 임펠러 중 최하단에 위치한 임펠러까지의 높이와 같거나 더 낮은 회분식 반응기. - 제1항에서,
상기 분사구가 상기 연결관이 상기 측벽부와 연결된 부분보다 아래에 위치하도록, 상기 연결관이 기울어져 있는 회분식 반응기. - 제2항에서,
상기 연결관은, 상기 회전축과 수직한 너비 방향과 10도 내지 45도의 각도를 형성하는 회분식 반응기. - 제1항에서,
상기 공급 노즐은 상기 회전축을 중심으로 서로 이격되어 위치하는 제1 공급 노즐 및 제2 공급 노즐을 포함하는 회분식 반응기. - 제4항에서,
상기 바닥부로터 상기 제1 공급 노즐의 분사구 및 상기 제2 공급 노즐의 분사구까지의 높이는 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 최하단에 위치한 임펠러까지의 높이와 동일하고,
상기 제1 공급 노즐의 분사구 및 상기 제2 공급 노즐의 분사구 사이의 간격은 상기 최하단에 위치한 임펠러의 회전 직경보다 큰 회분식 반응기. - 제4항에서,
상기 바닥부로터 상기 제1 공급 노즐의 분사구 및 상기 제2 공급 노즐의 분사구까지의 높이는 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 최하단에 위치한 임펠러까지의 높이보다 낮고,
상기 제1 공급 노즐의 분사구 및 상기 제2 공급 노즐의 분사구 사이의 간격은 상기 최하단에 위치한 임펠러의 회전 직경보다 작은 회분식 반응기. - 제1항에서,
상기 연결관은 파이프 형태의 관이고, 상기 분사구는 원료를 분사하는 다수의 기공을 포함하는 회분식 반응기. - 제1항에서,
상기 임펠러는 횡 방향 임펠러(Radial type impeller) 및 축 방향 임펠러(Axial type impeller) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 회분식 반응기. - 제8항에서,
상기 최하단에 위치한 임펠러는 횡 방향 임펠러(Radial type impeller)인 회분식 반응기. - 제1항에서,
액체상의 용매가 상기 원통형 반응기 본체에 담겨 있고,
