도 2는 도 1의 전지 셀을 복수로 포함하는 전지 모듈을 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전지 팩을 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3에 도시된 커버 플레이트를 설명하기 위해 도시한 부분 절개 사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- 차량용 전지 팩으로서,
상기 전지 팩의 구성 요소를 수용하는 전지 팩 하우징; 및
복수의 이차 전지 셀을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈
을 포함하고,
상기 전지 팩 하우징은 커버 플레이트를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 이차 전지 셀 각각은, 상기 커버 플레이트와 마주하는 안전 벤트를 포함하는 셀 케이스를 포함하며,
상기 커버 플레이트는, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 포함하는 제1층 및, 적어도 1400℃ 의 녹는점을 갖는 불연성 재질을 포함하는 제2층을 포함하며,
상기 제2층은 상기 안전 벤트를 마주하는 상기 커버 플레이트의 안쪽면에 제공된, 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2층은, 40 W/(m·K) 보다 작거나 같은 열전도도를 갖는 재질을 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2층은, 내열성 스테인레스 스틸을 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내열성 스테인레스 스틸은, 페라이트 스테인레스 스틸 합금, 오스테나이트 스레인레스 스틸 합금, 또는 니켈-크롬 스테인레스 스틸 합금 중 하나인, 전지 팩. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2층은 30㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는, 전지 팩. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1층은 0.5㎜ 내지 5㎜의 두께를 갖는, 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안전 벤트와 상기 커버 플레이트의 사이 거리는 50㎜ 이하인, 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지 셀은 리튬 이차 전지 셀인, 전지 팩. - 제1항에 따른 전지 팩을 포함하는 차량.
