Claims (16)
- 전기 케이블(1)로서,
적어도 하나의 신장형 전기 전도성 요소(2); 및
상기 신장형 전기 전도성 요소(2)를 둘러싸는 적어도 하나의 폴리머 층(3, 4, 5)을 포함하며,
상기 폴리머 층(3, 4, 5)은 프로필렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 P1을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료, 및 적어도 하나의 물 트리 환원제를 포함하는 폴리머 조성물로부터 수득되고,
상기 물 트리 환원제는 110℃ 이상의 용융 온도를 갖는 산소 함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는,
전기 케이블(1). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 120℃ 이상의 용융 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 200 내지 5000000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 알코올, 에스테르, 산, 산 무수물, 및 이들의 혼합물 중 하나의 작용기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 지방족 폴리올, 적어도 2개의 1차 알코올 작용기를 포함하는 폴리올, 및 산 무수물 작용기에 의해 작용화된 프로필렌의 호모폴리머 및 코폴리머로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 디펜타에리트리톨인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 화합물은 말레산 무수물 작용기에 의해 작용화된 프로필렌의 호모폴리머로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 조성물은 상기 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.1 내지 15 중량%의 산소 함유 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료는 상기 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료의 총 중량을 기준으로, 적어도 50 중량%의 프로필렌 폴리머(들)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료는 프로필렌 코폴리머 P1으로서, 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 또는 이종상 프로필렌 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료는 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 및 이종상 프로필렌 코폴리머, 또는 2개의 상이한 이종상 프로필렌 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 열가소성 폴리머 재료는 올레핀 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 P2를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 조성물은 유전성 액체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 층(3, 4, 5)은 비-가교 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 층(3, 4, 5)은 30% 이하의 습한 환경에서의 노화 후 파괴 전압 감소를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 상기 신장형 전기 전도성 요소(2)를 둘러싸는 적어도 하나의 반도체 층(3, 5); 및
- 상기 신장형 전기 전도성 요소(2)를 둘러싸는 적어도 하나의 전기 절연층(4)을 포함하며,
상기 반도체 층(3, 5) 및 전기 절연층(4) 중 적어도 하나는 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 폴리머 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1).
