Claims (8)
- 인가되는 압력을 센싱하여 제1 가변전압 및 제2 가변전압을 생성하는 압력센서;
상기 제1 가변전압 및 상기 제2 가변전압의 전압차에 따라 생성되는 출력전류와 제어신호에 의해 조절되는 저항값에 따라 전압값이 결정되는 출력전압을 생성하는 차동증폭기; 및
상기 출력전압의 전압값을 감지하여 상기 인가되는 압력을 측정하고, 상기 증폭전압의 전압값을 조절하기 위한 상기 제어신호를 출력하는 프로세서를 포함하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 가변전압 및 상기 제2 가변전압은 상기 인가되는 압력을 기반으로 전압값이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서는
전원전압과 접지전압 사이에 연결되는 제1 내지 제4 저항을 포함하고,
상기 인가되는 압력에 따라 저항값이 변경되는 상기 제1 저항과 상기 제2 저항의 저항값을 기반으로 상기 제1 가변전압을 생성하고, 상기 인가되는 압력에 따라 저항값이 변경되는 상기 제3 저항과 상기 제4 저항의 저항값을 기반으로 상기 제2 가변전압을 생성하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서는
직렬로 연결되는 제1 및 제2 전류원과 제1 및 제2 캐패시터를 포함하고,
상기 인가되는 압력에 따라 캐패시턴스값이 변경되는 상기 제1 캐패시터의 캐패시턴스값을 기반으로 상기 제1 가변전압을 생성하고, 상기 인가되는 압력에 따라 캐패시턴스값이 변경되는 상기 제2 캐패시터의 캐패시턴스값을 기반으로 상기 제2 가변전압을 생성하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차동증폭기는
상기 제1 가변전압과 상기 제2 가변전압의 전압차를 감지 증폭하여 생성되는 상기 출력전류와 상기 저항값에 따라 전압값이 결정되는 상기 출력전압을 생성하는 전압전류 증폭기로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차동증폭기는
상기 제1 가변전압과 상기 제2 가변전압의 전압차를 감지 증폭하여 상기 출력전압을 생성하는 OP-AMP 차동증폭기로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는
상기 출력전압의 전압값에 대응하는 상기 디지털신호를 생성하는 아날로그디지털변환기; 및
상기 디지털신호가 기 설정된 구간에 포함되지 않는 경우 상기 제어신호의 로직레벨 조합을 변경하여 출력하고, 상기 디지털신호를 외부 장치로 출력하는 통신회로를 포함하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
- 인가되는 압력에 따라 가변되는 제1 가변전압 및 제2 가변전압의 전압차에 따라 생성되는 출력전류와 제어신호에 의해 조절되는 저항값에 따라 전압값이 결정되는 증폭전압을 생성하는 차동증폭기;
직렬저항을 포함하고, 상기 직렬저항을 사용한 전압분배를 기반으로 상기 증폭전압의 특정 주파수 대역의 신호를 출력하는 전압분배시정수;
상기 증폭전압에 포함된 특정 주파수 대역의 신호를 필터링하여 출력전압을 생성하는 필터; 및
상기 출력전압의 전압값을 감지하여 상기 인가되는 압력을 측정하고, 상기 출력전압의 전압값에 대응하는 디지털신호를 외부로 출력하는 프로세서를 포함하는 압력센서를 이용한 스마트 센싱시스템.
