Claims (6)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화 조성물은 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대해서, 20nm의 실리카가 변성된 에폭시 수지를 20중량부 혼합하여 파괴인성강도를 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 조성물은 점도가 수지 주입 온도인 100℃에서 1~20cps이며, 경화 후 인장강도가 50MPa 이상이고 파괴인성강도가 1.3MPa·m1/2 유리전이온도가 230℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 경화 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 상온에서 100~500cps의 액상으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 경화 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 경화하는 단계는
상기 에폭시 수지와 상기 경화제를 혼합한 조성물을 120℃에서 수지 성형장치에 충진하는 단계,
160~200℃로 가열하는 단계 및 160~200℃로에서 1시간~3시간동안 가열하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 경화 조성물의 제조방법.
