Abstract
Description
도 2는 기중회로차단기의 변류기 및 계전기가 이상전류 발생 시 전류를 차단하는 과정을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기의 사시도 및 측면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기의 분해사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기에서 자성코어의 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기에서 자속보상부재의 결합위치 및 크기를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기가 하우징에 결합된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 기중회로차단기의 주회로가 관통하는 자성코어;
상기 자성코어와 인접하게 배치되어 상기 주회로를 흐르는 전류를 통해 2차전류가 유도되고, 계전기로 2차전류를 공급하는 2차코일; 및
상기 자성코어에 결합되어 상기 2차코일에 유도되는 전류를 보정하는 자속보상부재를 포함하는 변류기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자속보상부재는 상기 자성코어의 양면에 결합되는 변류기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자속보상부재는 미리 정해진 두께를 지닌 판상부재로 형성되는 변류기.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 자속보상부재는 미리 정해진 두께를 지닌 판상부재가 다수 개 겹쳐져 상기 자성코어에 결합되는 변류기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자성코어는 상기 주회로가 관통하여 지나가는 관통홀를 포함하고, 상기 2차코일은 상기 자성코어와 미리 정해진 간격만큼 이격된 제1분로에 결합되며, 상기 자속보상부재는 상기 주회로 및 상기 2차코일 사이의 최단거리를 잇는 가상의 연결선이 상기 자성코어를 지나는 영역과 접하는 변류기.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 자속보상부재는 상기 주회로 및 상기 2차코일 사이의 최단거리를 잇는 가상의 연결선이 상기 자성코어와 중복되는 구간의 길이를 높이로 하고 미리 정해진 두께로 이루어진 판상의 부재인 변류기.
