Claims (21)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 복수개의 발광소자를 포함하는 광원;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 레진층; 및
상기 레진층 상에 배치되는 제1 확산층을 포함하고,
상기 레진층은 상기 광원 상에 배치되는 제1 레진부, 및 상기 제1 레진부와 인접하고 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 제2 레진부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 레진부의 상면은 기울기를 갖고, 상기 제1 확산층과 이격되고,
상기 제2 레진부는 상기 제1 레진부와 다른 재질을 포함하고,
상기 기판의 상면을 기준으로 상기 제2 레진부의 상면의 높이는 상기 제1 레진부의 상면의 최하단 높이보다 큰 조명 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원은 제1 발광소자 및 상기 제1 발광소자와 이격된 제2 발광소자를 포함하고,
상기 제2 레진부는 상기 제1 발광소자와 상기 제2 발광소자 사이에 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부는 복수개가 배치되고, 상기 제2 레진부는 상기 복수개의 제1 레진부 사이에 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 제1 레진부 각각은 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 덮는 조명 장치. - 제1 항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발광소자는 N행과 M열로 상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 상기 M과 N은 1 이상의 정수이며, N≥M의 관계를 가지며,
상기 제1 레진부와 상기 제2레진부는 행 방향으로 교대로 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부는 열 방향으로 서로 이격되거나 일체로 형성되는 조명 장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 레진층은 서로 반대측에 배치된 제1측면 및 제2측면을 포함하며,
상기 제1발광소자는 상기 제1측면에 인접하며,
상기 제2발광소자는 상기 제2측면에 인접하며,
상기 제2레진부는 상기 레진층의 제1측면에 인접한 상기 제1발광소자와, 상기 제2측면에 인접한 상기 제2발광소자 사이에 배치되는 조명 장치. - 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 광원;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 레진층; 및
상기 레진층 상에 배치되는 제1 확산층을 포함하고,
상기 광원은 제1 발광소자 및 상기 제1 발광소자와 이격된 제2 발광소자를 포함하고,
상기 레진층은 상기 제1 발광소자와 상기 제2 발광소자 상에 배치되는 복수개의 제1 레진부, 및 상기 제1 발광소자와 상기 제2 발광소자 사이에 배치되는 제2 레진부를 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 제1 레진부의 상면은 상기 제1 확산층과 이격되고,
상기 기판의 상면을 기준으로 상기 제2 레진부의 상면의 높이는 상기 기판의 상면에서 수직한 방향으로 상기 제1 발광소자와 오버랩되는 상기 제1 레진부의 상면의 높이보다 큰 조명 장치. - 제1항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 제2 레진부의 최상단의 높이는 상기 제1 레진부의 상면의 최상단 높이보다 크거나 같은 조명 장치. - 제1항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 제2 레진부와 상기 제1 확산층은 제1 접착층에 의해 접착되는 조명 장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부 상에 차광부를 포함하며,
상기 제2 레진부의 상면은 상기 차광부와 수직 방향으로 오버랩 되지 않는 조명 장치. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 확산층 상에 배치된 제2 확산층; 및
상기 제1 확산층과 상기 제2 확산층 사이에 배치된 제2 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 차광부는 상기 제1 확산층과 상기 제2 확산층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제1레진부와 수직한 방향으로 오버랩되며,
상기 제2 접착층과 상기 제1 접착층은 수직한 방향으로 오버랩되는 조명 장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착층은 상기 제1 레진부와 수직한 방향으로 오버랩되지 않는 조명 장치. - 제4 항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 제1 레진부는 서로 이격되어 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 레진부는 서로 연결되는 조명 장치. - 제1 항 또는 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 기판의 상면을 기준으로 상기 제1 레진부의 상면은 상기 광원에서 멀어질수록 높아지는 영역을 포함하는 조명 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부의 상면은 복수개의 오목부와 볼록부를 포함하는 조명 장치. - 제1 항 또는 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부는 실리콘 레진 또는 열 경화성 레진을 포함하고,
상기 제2 레진부는 UV 레진을 포함하는 조명 장치. - 제1 항 또는 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 레진부와 상기 제1 확산층 사이에 이격된 영역은 에어 영역인 조명 장치. - 제2 항 또는 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 발광소자 및 상기 제2 발광소자 사이에 배치된 상기 제1 레진부 및 제2레진부의 수평 방향 길이는 4:6 내지 6:4의 비율인 조명 장치 - 기판 상에 복수개의 발광소자를 갖는 광원을 배치하는 단계;
상기 복수개의 발광소자 각각의 전면에 제1 레진부를 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 레진부의 외측에 제2 레진부를 형성하는 단계;
상기 제2 레진부 상에 제1 접착층을 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 접착층에 의하여 상기 제2 레진부와 제1 확산층을 접착시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1 레진부 및 상기 제2 레진부는 서로 다른 재질을 포함하며,
상기 제1 확산층과 상기 제1 레진부는 서로 이격되어 배치되는 조명 장치의 제조방법.
