Abstract
Description
도 2 는, 제 1 실시형태의 압축기에 관련된 것으로, 구동축 및 밸런스 웨이트를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3 은, 제 1 실시형태의 압축기에 관련된 것으로, 밸런스 웨이트 및 스테이터 등을 나타내는 주요부 확대 단면도이다.
도 4 는, 제 2 실시형태의 압축기를 나타내는 단면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 하우징과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되고, 회전축심 둘레로 회전 가능한 구동축과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되고, 상기 구동축을 회전시키도록 구성된 모터 기구와,
상기 하우징에 고정되어 상기 하우징 내에 배치된 고정 스크롤과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되어 상기 구동축과 접속되고, 상기 구동축과 함께 회전하면서, 상기 고정 스크롤과의 사이에 냉매를 압축하는 압축실을 획정하는 가동 스크롤과,
상기 하우징에 고정되어 상기 모터 기구와 상기 가동 스크롤 사이에 배치되고, 상기 구동축을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 고정 블록을 구비하고,
상기 모터 기구는,
상기 하우징 내에 고정되는 스테이터와,
상기 구동축에 고정되어 상기 스테이터 내에 배치되고, 상기 구동축과 함께 회전 가능한 로터를 갖고,
상기 구동축 또는 상기 로터에는, 상기 구동축의 직경 방향으로 연장되는 밸런스 웨이트가 형성되고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 고정 블록과 상기 스테이터 사이에 배치되고,
상기 스테이터는,
통상의 스테이터 코어와,
상기 스테이터 코어의 단면으로부터 상기 구동축의 축 방향으로 돌출되는 환상의 코일 엔드를 갖고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 코일 엔드의 일부를 상기 구동축의 직경 방향 및 축 방향으로 덮고 있고,
상기 고정 블록은, 상기 모터 기구를 향하여 돌출되는 보스를 갖고,
상기 보스의 내부에는, 상기 구동축을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 베어링이 형성되고,
상기 보스의 외경은, 상기 코일 엔드의 내경보다 작고,
상기 코일 엔드는, 상기 보스의 적어도 일부를 상기 구동축의 축 방향으로 덮고 있는, 전동 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 구동축에 일체로 형성되어 있는, 전동 압축기. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 코일 엔드는, 상기 고정 블록에 접근함에 따라 상기 구동축의 직경 방향으로 넓어지는 내주면을 갖고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 고정 블록에 접근하면서 상기 구동축의 직경 방향으로 연장되는 경사부를 갖고,
상기 경사부는 상기 내주면의 일부를 덮고 있는, 전동 압축기.
