Claims (14)
- a) 촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일의 중량을 기준으로, 약 25 wt% 초과, 바람직하게는 약 40 wt% 초과의 폴리사이클릭 나프텐 함량을 갖는 촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일을 제공하는 단계;
b) 촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일을 촉매 크래킹 촉매와 촉매 크래킹 반응기에서 접촉시키고, 혼합물을 상이한 반응 조건 하에서 순차적으로 제 1 촉매 크래킹 반응 및 제 2 촉매 크래킹 반응시켜서 촉매 크래킹 생성물을 수득하는 단계;
c) 결과물인 촉매 크래킹 생성물을 분리하여 이소부탄을 포함하는 액화 가스 분획 및 경질 방향족 물질을 포함하는 가솔린 분획을 수득하는 단계; 및
d) 선택적으로, 액화 가스 분획으로부터 이소부탄을 회수하고/하거나 가솔린 분획으로부터 경질 방향족 물질을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
단계 c)에서의 상기 분리는 경질 사이클 오일 분획, 중질 사이클 오일 분획, 및 선택적인 슬러리 오일을 생성하고,
e) 단계 c)에서 수득된 경질 사이클 오일 분획, 중질 사이클 오일 분획 및 선택적인 슬러리 오일의 적어도 일부를 수소 처리하여 수소화 테일 오일을 수득하는 단계; 및
f) 결과물인 수소화 테일 오일의 적어도 일부를 촉매 크래킹 반응기로 재순환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
단계 a)가 약 25 wt% 이하의 폴리사이클릭 나프텐 함량을 갖는 초기 공급 원료 오일을 전처리하여 약 25 wt% 초과, 바람직하게는 약 40 wt% 초과의 폴리사이클릭 나프텐 함량을 갖는 촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일을 수득하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 바람직하게는, 상기 전처리는 방향족 물질 추출 및/또는 수소 처리를 포함하는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
단계 e)의 상기 수소 처리 및/또는 상기 전처리로서 수행된 상기 수소 처리는 약 6.0 MPa 내지 약 30.0 MPa, 바람직하게는 약 8 MPa 내지 약 20 MPa의 수소 분압; 약 300℃ 내지 약 450℃, 바람직하게는 약 330℃ 내지 약 430℃의 반응 온도; 약 0.1 h-1 내지 약 10.0 h-1, 바람직하게는 약 0.2 h-1 내지 약 5 h-1의 액체 시간 공간 속도; 약 300 Nm3/m3 내지 약 3000 Nm3/m3, 바람직하게는 약 500 Nm3/m3 내지 약 2500 Nm3/m3의 수소-대-오일 부피비의 조건 하에서 수행되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 e)의 상기 수소 처리 및/또는 상기 전처리로서 수행되는 상기 수소 처리는 수소 처리 활성 성분 및 지지체를 포함하는 수소처리 촉매의 존재 하에서 수행되고, 상기 수소 처리 활성 성분은 ⅥB 족 비-귀금속, Ⅷ 족 비-귀금속, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 바람직하게 선택되고, 상기 지지체는 알루미나, 실리카, 무정형 실리카-알루미나, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 바람직하게 선택되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
방향족 물질 추출은 약 50℃ 내지 약 70℃의 온도, 약 0.5 내지 약 2의 용매-대-공급 원료 중량비, 및 푸르푸랄, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디메틸포름아미드, 모노에탄올아민, 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로판디올 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 용매 조건 하에서 수행되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일 또는 초기 공급 원료 오일이 딥-수소화 경질 사이클 오일(deep-hydrogenated light cycle oil), 딜레이드 코커(delayed coker)로부터의 코커 가스 오일, 촉매 크래킹 경질 사이클 오일, 촉매 크래킹 중질 사이클 오일, FCC 가스 오일, 슬러리 오일, 수소화 크래킹된 디젤 오일(hydrocracked diesel oil), 잔류 수소화 크래킹된 디젤 오일(residuum hydrocracked diesel oil), 왁스 오일 수소화 크래킹된 디젤 오일, 바이오디젤, 셰일 오일의 디젤 분획, 석탄 액화(coal liquefaction)로부터의 디젤 분획, 대기압 오버헤드 오일(atmospheric overhead oil), 대기압 컬럼에서 추출된 증류 오일, 스트레이트-런 진공 가스 오일(straight-run vacuum gas oil), 수소화 왁스 오일, 코커 가스 오일, 탈아스팔트 오일(deasphalted oil), 추출 오일, 라피네이트 오일, 대기압 잔류물, 진공 잔류물, 수소화에 의해 상기 공급 원료 오일로부터 수득된 수소화 테일 오일, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 1 촉매 크래킹 반응은 약 520℃ 내지 약 620℃, 바람직하게는 약 530℃ 내지 600℃의 반응 온도; 약 0.5 초 내지 약 3.0 초, 바람직하게는 약 0.8 초 내지 약 2.0 초의 반응 시간; 약 3 : 1 내지 약 15 : 1, 바람직하게는 약 4 : 1 내지 약 12 : 1의 촉매-대-오일 중량비의 조건 하에서 수행되고;
제 2 촉매 크래킹 반응은 약 480℃ 내지 약 600℃, 바람직하게는 약 500℃ 내지 약 550℃의 반응 온도; 약 2 초 내지 약 30 초, 바람직하게는 약 3 초 내지 약 15 초의 반응 시간; 약 3 : 1 내지 약 18 : 1, 바람직하게는 약 4 : 1 내지 약 15 : 1의 촉매-대-오일 중량비의 조건 하에서 수행되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 크래킹 반응기는 통상의 라이저 반응기, 등-선형-속도의 라이저 반응기, 이중 직경 라이저 반응기, 유동층 반응기, 또는 통상의 라이저와 유동층으로 구성된 복합 반응기인, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 크래킹 반응기는 이중 직경 라이저 반응기이고, 상기 이중 직경 라이저 반응기는 동축이고 서로 유체 연통되는 것으로, 수직 방향으로 바닥으로부터 정상으로 순차적으로 배치된 예비-리프팅 섹션, 제 1 반응 구역, 제 2 반응 구역 및 출구 구역을 포함하고, 제 1 반응 구역의 내경은 제 2 반응 구역의 내경보다 작고, 제 2 반응 구역의 내경은 출구 구역의 내경보다 크고, 상기 촉매 크래킹 촉매는 예비-리프팅 섹션으로 보내지고, 촉매 크래킹 공급 원료 오일은 제 1 반응 구역의 하부로 공급되고, 상기 제 1 촉매 크래킹 반응은 상기 제 1 반응 구역에서 수행되고, 상기 제 2 촉매 크래킹 반응은 상기 제 2 반응 구역에서 수행되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반응 구역과 상기 제 2 반응 구역 사이의 조인트 영역에 급랭 매체를 주입하기 위한 적어도 하나의 급랭 매체 유입구가 제공되고/제공되거나;
상기 제 2 반응 구역에 냉각기가 제공되며, 상기 냉각기의 높이는 상기 제 2 반응 구역의 높이에 비해 약 50% 내지 약 90%인, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 급랭 매체는 냉각제, 냉각된 재생 촉매, 냉각된 반-재생 촉매, 새로운(fresh) 촉매 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 냉각제는 액화 가스, 조질의 가솔린, 안정화 가솔린, 경질 사이클 오일, 중질 사이클 오일, 물, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 크래킹 촉매는 크래킹 활성 성분 및 지지체를 포함하고; 상기 크래킹 활성 성분은 약 0 wt% 내지 약 100 wt%, 바람직하게는 약 10 wt% 내지 약 90 wt%의 FAU-타입 제올라이트 및 약 0 wt% 내지 약 100 wt%, 바람직하게는 약 10 wt% 내지 약 90 wt%의 펜타실 제올라이트를 포함하며, 상기 FAU-타입 제올라이트와 상기 펜타실 제올라이트의 총량은, 건조 기준으로 상기 크래킹 활성 성분의 중량을 기준으로 100 wt%이며; 상기 FAU-타입 제올라이트는 바람직하게는 Y-타입 제올라이트, HY-타입 제올라이트, 초안정 Y-타입 제올라이트 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 펜타실 제올라이트는 바람직하게는 ZSM-5 제올라이트, 고-실리카 제올라이트, 페리에라이트 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 선택적으로 상기 펜타실 제올라이트는 희토류 및/또는 인을 함유하는, 촉매 크래킹 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 d)는 바람직하게는 설포란, 디메틸 설폭사이드, N-포르밀모르폴린, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, N-메틸피리디논, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추출 용매, 약 50℃ 내지 약 110℃의 온도, 및 약 2 내지 약 6의 추출 용매 대 가솔린 분획의 중량비의 조건 하에서, 추출 정제에 의해 상기 가솔린 분획으로부터 경질 방향족 물질을 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 크래킹 방법.
