Claims (4)
- LED 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,
기판 상에 LED 층을 적층하는 단계;
상기 LED 층에 형광체를 적층하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 형광체 적층 단계는
하나의 형광체 레이어에 한 개의 형광물질을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 형광체 레이어들을 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체 적층 단계는
3D 프린팅 방식을 이용하여,
상기 형광물질을 포함하는 형광체 용액을 프린팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 형광체 적층 단계는
상기 각 형광체 레이어의 두께와 그 형광체 레이어에 포함된 형광물질 종류의 조합을 다르게 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체 적층 단계는
상기 하나의 형광체 레이어에 기 배합된 형광물질을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 형광체 레이어들을 더 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 소자의 제조 방법.
