도 2는 본 발명에 따른 적층시트 이송장치가 적재부로 이송상태를 도시한 측면도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 적층시트 이송장치의 리프트암을 도시한 부분 사시도,
도 4은 본 발명에 따른 적층시트 이송장치의 일측 구성도,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 적층시트 이송장치의 타측 구성도,
도 6a 및 도 6b는 본 발명에 따른 적층시트 이송장치의 리프트암이 회전전후 상태도이다.

Claims (6)
- 베이스플레이트 상부에 일정간격을 두고 회전가능하게 지지된 회전판;
상기 베이스플레이트와 회전판에 의해 지지되고 하부와 상부에 동력전달벨트로 연결되는 제1,2 회전기어축이 구비되며 일측면을 따라 가이드레일이 형성된 포스트;
일단에 상기 가이드레일을 따라 움직이는 슬라이드블록이 형성되고 타단에 회전가능하게 연결된 회전블록이 형성된 리프트암;
상기 회전블록의 하부에 장착되고 복수의 흡착패드가 구비되어 적층시트를 흡착상태로 파지하는 시트파지부; 및
상기 리프트암을 승하강시키는 제1 구동모터와 상기 회전판을 일정 회전각도로 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전시키는 제2 구모터를 갖는 구동수단;을 포함하는 적층시트 이송장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리프트암은 상기 지지블록에 회전가능하게 지지된 피동기어가 구비되고 상기 동력전달벨트가 상기 제1,2 회전기어축과 피동기어에 맞물리도록 되어, 상기 제2 구동모터가 시계 또는 반시계방향으로 회전함에 따라 승하강하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시트 이송장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 시트파지부는 상기 회전블록의 하부에 설치된 지지프레임, 상기 지지프레임의 가장자리에 설치된 복수의 흡착패드 및, 상기 흡착패드에 비하여 돌출되게 상기 회전블록에 설치된 리미트스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시트 이송장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 시트파지부는 상기 리프트암의 일측에 설치되고 축선단이 상기 회전블록에 연결되어 로드의 신축에 따라 회전각도를 조절하는 액츄에이터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시트 이송장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1 구동모터는 구동기어가 구비되어 상기 제1 회전축을 맞물려 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전함에 따라 상기 리프트암이 승하강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시트 이송장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제2 구동모터는 피니언기어가 축선단에 구비되어 상기 베이스플레이트 상에 설치된 링기어와 외접하게 맞물려 회전함에 따라 상기 베이스플레이트에 대하여 상기 회전판과 포스트가 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시트 이송장치.
