Claims (6)
- 다비가트란 에텍실레이트 또는 이의 염을 포함하는 속방출성 정제로서, 분리층, 유기산 코팅층 및 장용성 기제를 포함하는 최외각 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장용성 코팅기제는 에틸셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로즈 아세테이트 숙시네이트, 폴리비닐아세테이트프탈레이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 셀락, 메타크릴산-메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체 또는 이들의 하나 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 장용성 코팅기제로서 에틸셀룰로오스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장용성 코팅기제의 함량이 정제 총 중량 대비 6 ~ 10% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기산 코팅층 내에 유기산으로서 타르타르산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제.
