도 2는 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기박스의 절연구조를 나타낸 분해 사시도.

도 5는 너트가 삽입된 제2절연부재의 단면도.

Claims (4)
- 지면에 설치된 고정체(200)에 서로 볼트(300)와 너트(400)로 체결되고 내부에 전기장치 또는 제어기를 수납한 전기박스(100)에 있어서,
절연재질로 이루어지며 상기 고정체(200)와 전기박스(100) 사이에 삽입되어 고정체(200)와 전기박스(100)가 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 차단하는 절연판(500)과;
절연재질로 이루어지며 상기 볼트(300)의 머리와 나사부에 대응하여 단을 이루어 내부에 삽입된 볼트(300)를 감싸 볼트(300)가 상기 전기박스(100)에 직접 접촉하는 것을 차단하는 제1절연부재(600);를 포함하여 구성되어 상기 절연판(500)을 삽입한 상태에서 상기 제1절연부재(600)로 감싼 볼트(300)와 너트(400)로 나사체결하여 상기 고정체(200)와 전기박스(100) 간의 전기적 연결을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기박스의 절연 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1절연부재(600)는,
상기 볼트(300)의 머리 높이보다 깊게 단차를 이루도록 하여 체결 후 상기 볼트(300)의 머리가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기박스의 절연 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기박스의 절연 구조는,
절연재질로 이루어지며 상기 볼트(300)의 나사부 말단이 삽입되도록 관통공이 형성되며 상기 너트(400)에 대응하여 홈이 형성되어 상기 너트(400)를 감싸는 제2절연부재(700);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기박스의 절연 구조. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 절연재질은,
베크라이트 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기박스의 절연 구조.
