Abstract
[해결 수단] 본원발명의 청동 합금은 Sn이 8∼15질량%, Bi가 0.5∼7.0질량%, Ni가 0.5∼5.0질량%, S가 0.08∼1.2질량%, Fe가 0.5∼6.0질량%로 함유되고, 잔부가 Cu 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, α구리 중에 미세한 편상 구리주석계 금속간 화합물이 석출된 공석 조직을 가지며, 철 니켈계 금속간 화합물과 구리철계의 복황화물이 분산된 금속 조직인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 구리(Cu), 주석(Sn), 비스무스(Bi), 니켈(Ni), 유황(S) 및 철(Fe)을 함유하는 청동 합금으로서, Sn이 8∼15질량%, Bi가 0.5∼5.0질량%, Ni가 0.5∼5.0질량%, S가 0.08∼1.2질량%, Fe가 0.5∼6.0질량%로 함유하고, 잔부가 Cu 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, α구리 중에 미세한 편상 구리 주석계 금속간 화합물이 석출된 공석 조직을 가지며, 철니켈계 금속간 화합물과 구리철계의 복황화물이 분산된 금속 조직인 것을 특징으로 하는 청동 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, Fe가 1.5∼6.0질량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청동 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ni의 함유량에 대한 Fe의 함유량의 질량비(Fe/Ni)가 0.7∼1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 청동 합금.
- 슬라이딩면이 상기 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재된 청동 합금에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 철계 재료의 슬라이딩면에 상기 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재된 청동 합금이 용융 접합되어 있거나, 혹은 용사 등의 방법으로 청동 합금만을 용융시켜 라이닝 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 슬라이딩 부재.
- 철계 재료의 슬라이딩면에 상기 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재된 청동 합금 분말이 소결·접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 슬라이딩 부재.
