Claims (31)
- 복합재로서,
(a) 가교된 아크릴 중합체 및 (b) 복합재의 중량 기준으로 5 내지 17%의 양으로 무기 골재를 포함하는, 복합재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 골재가 석영, 규암, 점토(clay), 탄산 칼슘, 삼수산화 알루미늄, 유리 입자, 수산화 마그네슘, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 골재가 상기 복합재의 총 중량 기준으로 82% 내지 95%의 농도로 존재하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합재가 ISO 4892-2에 따라 65 W/m2의 조도로 1,000 시간 노출시 3 미만의 CIELAB 색상 변화 (ΔE)를 갖는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합재가 ISO 4892-2에 따라 65 W/m2의 조도로 1,000 시간 노출시 3 미만의 CIELAB b 좌표 변동 (Δb)을 갖는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 골재의 80 중량% 이상이 1 미크론 (μm) 내지 4 mm 범위의 중위점 직경(median diameter)을 갖는 입자의 형태로 존재하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 골재의 12 중량% 내지 60 중량%가 1 내지 50 μm 범위의 중위점 직경을 갖는 입자의 형태로 존재하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트 또는 이의 임의의 유도체로부터 선택된 단량체 단위를 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴레이트가 메타크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트 (MMA), 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트 (2-EHA), 2-에틸헥실 메타크릴레이트, n-부틸 아크릴레이트, n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트, 이소보닐 아크릴레이트, 이소보닐 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이들의 임의의 유도체 또는 조합으로부터 선택되는, 복합재.
- 제8항 및 제9항에 있어서, 단량체 단위의 50% 이상이 MMA, 2-EHA 또는 둘 다를 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 6:1 내지 2:1 범위의 중량비로 MMA 및 2-EHA를 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교된 아크릴 중합체가 트리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트 (TMPTA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 (TMPTMA), 펜타에리트리톨(pentaerythritol) 테트라아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨(dipentaerithritol) 헥사아크릴레이트, 덴드라이트(dendritic) 아크릴레이트 및 2 개 이상의 작용성 기를 갖는 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 임의의 유도체 또는 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가교제를 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화제를 추가로 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 강화제가 우레탄 모노 아크릴레이트, 우레탄 디아크릴레이트, 우레탄 트리아크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 복합재.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 강화제가 상기 가교 중합체의 중량 기준으로 0.5% 내지 15%의 농도로 존재하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50 내지 95 ℃ 범위의 유리-전이 온도 (Tg)에 의하여 특징지워지는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 45 내지 95 MPa 범위의 굴곡 강도에 의하여 특징지워지는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 12,000 내지 25,000 MPa 범위의 굴곡 탄성률에 의하여 특징지워지는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 55 ℃ 이상의 열 변형 온도 (HDT)에 의하여 특징지워지는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 백본에 결합된 결합제(coupling agent)를 추가로 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 무기 골재에 결합하는, 복합재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 중합체 백본에 결합하는, 복합재.
- 제20항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 아크릴로일로부터 유도되는, 복합재.
- 제20항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 알콕시실란을 포함하는, 복합재.
- 제20항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 상기 복합재의 중량 기준으로 0.02% 내지 0.4% 범위의 농도로 존재하는, 복합재.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항의 복합재를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 가교된 아크릴 중합체 및 하나 이상의 무기 골재를 포함하는 복합재를 수득하는 방법:
a. 복수의 아크릴 단량체, 하나 이상의 가교제, 및 라디칼 개시제를 혼합하여 가교 중합체의 혼합물을 수득하는 단계;
b. 상기 혼합물에 무기 골재를 첨가하여, 무기 골재 및/또는 미네랄이 상기 혼합물의 중량 기준으로 80% 내지 95%의 농도로 존재하도록 하는, 단계; 및
