Claims (15)
- 적어도 약 50 wt.%의 산화 지르코늄을 포함하는 혼합 산화물 지지체, 상기 혼합 산화물 지지체는 약 40 wt.% 내지 약 99.9 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재함; 및 (예를 들어, 임의의 결정질/비정질 상의 산화 갈륨의 형태로) 하소 기준으로 Ga2O3로서 계산하여 약 0.1 wt.% 내지 약 30 wt%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 지지체상에 배치된 갈륨을 포함하는 하소된 탈수소화 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 갈륨은 하소 기준으로 Ga2O3로서 계산하여 약 3 wt.% 내지 약 15 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 존재하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하소 기준으로 산화물로서 계산하여 약 0.01 wt.% 내지 약 5 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 지지체상에 배치된 백금, 이리듐, 란타넘, 아연, 철, 로듐, 팔라듐, 및 루테늄으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 일차 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 백금 촉진제는 하소 기준으로 PtO2로서 계산하여 약 0.01 wt.% 내지 약 1 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 지지체상에 배치된 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하소 기준으로 산화물로서 계산하여 약 0.01 wt.% 내지 약 15 wt.%, 예를 들어, 약 0.1 wt.% 내지 약 10 wt.%, 또는 약 0.01 wt.% 내지 약 5 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하고 지지체상에 배치된 칼륨, 나트륨, 세슘, 리튬, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 스트론튬, 및 바륨으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 이차 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물 지지체는 적어도 약 80 wt.%, 적어도 약 90 wt.%, 또는 적어도 약 95 wt.%의 산화 지르코늄을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물 지지체 중의 지르코늄, 란타넘, 세륨, 규소, 티타늄, 텅스텐, 및 이트륨의 산화물의 총량은 적어도 95 wt.%, 예를 들어, 적어도 98 wt.%인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물 지지체는 약 2 wt.% 미만, 예를 들어 약 1 wt.% 미만, 또는 약 0.1 wt.% 미만의 실리카를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물 지지체는 약 2 wt.% 미만, 예를 들어 약 1 wt.% 미만, 또는 약 0.1 wt.% 미만의 알루미나를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 약 75 wt.% 내지 약 99 wt.%, 또는 약 83.5 wt.% 내지 약 98.85 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 혼합 산화물 지지체; 하소 기준으로 Ga2O3로서 계산하여 약 1 wt.% 내지 약 20 wt.%, 또는 약 1 wt.% 내지 약 15 wt.% 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 갈륨; 및 하소 기준으로 PtO2로서 계산하여 약 0.05 wt.% 내지 약 1 wt.%, 또는 약 0.05 wt.% 내지 약 0.5 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 백금 일차 촉진제를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 조성물은 하소 기준으로 K2O로 계산하여 약 0.1 wt.% 내지 약 2 wt.%, 또는 약 0.1 wt.% 내지 약 1 wt.%의 범위 내의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 칼륨 이차 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 0.2 wt.% 미만의 크롬 및 0.2 wt.% 미만의 철을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 약 50 wt.%의 산화 지르코늄을 포함하는 혼합 산화물 지지체를 제공하는 단계; 혼합 산화물 지지체상에 하나 이상의 갈륨 공급원 및 하나 이상의 임의의 일차 또는 이차 촉진제 공급원 및 촉매 조성물에 존재해야 하는 세륨을 배치하는 단계; 및 형성된 지지된 조성물을 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는 탈수소화 촉매 조성물 제조 방법.
- 탄화수소 공급물을 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄화수소 탈수소화 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급물은 하나 이상의 C3-C5 알칸을 포함하고, 탄화수소 공급물은 약 0.1 h-1 내지 약 2 h-1 LHSV의 범위 내의 공간 속도로 촉매와 접촉되고, 탈수소화는 약 400 ℃ 내지 약 750 ℃의 범위 내의 온도에서 수행되고 탈수소화는 약 0.1 bar 내지 약 1 bar의 범위 내의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
