Claims (6)
- 권선을 절단하는 단계;
상기 권선을 밴딩부가 구비된 헤어핀으로 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 밴딩부를 절연액이 담긴 피복조에 넣어 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 헤어핀 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피복조에 담긴 상기 절연액의 높이는, 상기 밴딩부가 상기 절연액에 담겨졌을 때, 상기 밴딩부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어핀 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 피복조에 담긴 상기 절연액의 높이는, 스테이터 코어의 축 방향으로의 엔드코일 길이 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어핀 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연액은 연질 합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어핀 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 권선은 마그넷 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어핀 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 연질 합성수지는,
에폭시 수지, 테프론 수지, 플루오로 수지, 폴리 에틸렌 수지, 폴리 프로필렌 수지, 나일론 수지 및 염화비닐 수지 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어핀 제조방법.
