도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈의 제어방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈이 변형되는 예시를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 복수개의 배터리 셀이 나란히 적재되어 형성되는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀과 배터리 셀 사이에 구성되어 상기 배터리 셀의 변형에 의해 가해지는 압력에 따라 전기적 신호를 출력하여 BMS(Battery Management System)에 인가하는 압전센서를 포함하는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압전센서는
필름 형상으로 코팅된 압전 소자판으로 형성되어 상기 배터리 셀과 배터리 셀 사이의 중앙부에 양면이 접촉된 상태로 개재되는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 압전센서는
상기 배터리 셀과 배터리 셀 사이에 접착제를 통해 접합되는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀은
각형 전지로 이루어지는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중, 하나의 항에 기재된 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈의 제어방법에 있어서,
배터리 셀의 변형에 의해 압전센서가 압착되고, 상기 압전센서로부터 발생되는 전기적 신호를 센싱하는 단계;
상기 압전센서가 상기 전기적 신호를 BMS로 전송하는 단계; 및
상기 BMS가 전기적 신호와, 기설정된 기준 신호와 비교 판단하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈의 제어방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전기적 신호와 기준 신호를 비교 판단하는 단계 이후에,
상기 전기적 신호가 기준 신호 보다 크면, 상기 배터리 셀의 스웰링 현상으로 판단하고, 경고음을 출력하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 전기자동차용 배터리 모듈의 제어방법.
